Best Ocean View 12th Floor Condo Apartment (28 Pyeong)

I stayed here for a week during a two-week trip to Goseong and was very satisfied. My mom was happy because of the robot vacuum cleaner, and I enjoyed the bright and well-ventilated environment from morning to evening. It was like a private beach and very quiet, so my dog could run around freely. It was wonderful to see my 12-year-old senior dog running around like a young puppy on the beach. I recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet place to rest with your dog. I also saw a good fishing spot nearby, so I want to come back here later with my brother who loves fishing. However, when four adults came, there were only 2 beds in 3 rooms, so one person had to sleep on the sofa. Other than that, thanks to the kind host, it was an enjoyable trip, and my parents were so satisfied that they suggested coming back here for our next trip. I recommend that people coming from far away get their car serviced beforehand. I had a hard time because I brought a car that had only been driven in the city without maintenance, so there were no parts and it was difficult to repair. Still, when staying at Gungjin Port here, both the restaurant and car service center were kind and nice. I plan to come here one more time with a friend. I recommend it.

I booked this place because I wanted a quiet spot to bring my kids, and it was really great! The interior is spacious and there's a mattress room, so it was comfortable sleeping with the kids. The host is also incredibly kind. It's directly connected to the beach and there's a water tap, which is so convenient. We played on the beach in front of the house every day. I want to come back again next year!

This is my second visit. I have good memories from my stay four years ago, so I decided to come back. I frequently visit Gangwon-do, and I found this place convenient to use because it's in apartment form. The nearby Hanaro Mart is close, and there are several good restaurants near the market area and across the bridge, which was great.

It's a comfortable and relaxing stay. The expansive, blue ocean view was a welcome respite from the confines of city life. Being able to witness the sunrise over the East Sea from a front-row seat was especially wonderful.

I had a great and cool rest in the extreme heat. The view was really nice. When I had coffee and beer on the balcony, the cafe atmosphere was amazing. And I enjoyed watching the sunrise from bed.

The view is amazing. The view alone makes me want to come back. The robot vacuum was also convenient and great! Thank you~~

As the year drew to a close, the end of November arrived, and I felt the need for a break. Last May, after living in Gangneung for two weeks, I stayed here for a week. I had such a great sense of regret that I'd always wanted to return, so I decided to stay here without hesitation and for two weeks. The weather wasn't yet as cold as midwinter, so I was able to enjoy the coastal walk I'd always wanted to do. The sunrise and the endless stream of small fishing boats were truly a breathtaking sight, unlike any other. Eungbongsan Mountain, a short hike to the right, offers a breathtaking view of the ocean. I climbed it about five times. The trail around Hwajinpo Lake, with its gray reed fields and bamboo groves of late autumn, was truly a delightful walk. At 9 a.m., I went to Geojin Port to buy mackerel, red crab, conch, and sea bass, which I cooked and enjoyed. Nonghyup Hanaro Mart was within walking distance, so I had everything I needed. Just three minutes away, there was a swimming pool operated by Goseong County. Anyone could use it for 3,500 won. My first day moving in I accidentally broke the water purifier, but when I contacted them, they said they were in Seoul and came the next day to fix it themselves. I am truly grateful for their kindness. It was a comfortable place with all the electronics and devices, so there was no inconvenience at all. It was a perfect trip. I am already happy thinking about going back next spring~~^^

I'll leave an honest review after finishing my stay~ It's a restaurant with a view on the 12th floor~ The sunrise view was so pretty that I took a lot of pictures.. It was so convenient to live there because there was a robot vacuum cleaner, mop cleaner, and dryer. There was a dishwasher, but I didn't use it. My friends came over sometimes, so I packed fresh raw fish from Geumjin Port, which was 5 minutes away by car, stopped by Hanaro Mart, bought some food, and ate delicious food while looking at the ocean on the veranda, had a drink, and healed~ Until mid-June, I didn't turn on the air conditioner even once~ The natural breeze was so cool.. My dog is such a small and old dog that he mostly just slept ㅜㅜ If you bring your energetic babies, it's so great to take a walk and play in the water right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants nearby, but I couldn't go often because I was managing my diet with Yundong~ I didn't meet the host, but he explained everything to me so kindly via KakaoTalk, so I finished my stay for a month without any inconvenience~ Thank you.

We came back after spending 7 nights and 8 days with our Donggu. It was a place where we didn't have to go anywhere because the view was wide open, but that doesn't mean there weren't any places to go around. There were so many places to walk within a 10-minute drive that we didn't have to find a place where the dog could go, so we really enjoyed it. We didn't look for a place to see the sunrise on New Year's Day. It was a place where we could see the sunrise every morning, whether in the bedroom, the living room, or the veranda. You might think it was an ordinary trip, going on a walk like we always did and eating the same food, but the thoughts that were different from our daily lives and the new view gave us the positive power to endure well in a dark society. I'm grateful and can do well. Thank you.

This year, I came here for my summer vacation, just like last year. The accommodations were in great condition, and the ocean view was amazing. The accommodations were fully equipped with dishes, making it more than enough for four people. Although Goseong is a resort area, it wasn't crowded, which was a nice touch. After a week-long trip, I'm missing the refreshing sound of the waves and the sea breeze. Oh, and there weren't a single jellyfish in the ocean this year. I'll definitely be back next year.
