It is located on the 12th floor of a 15-story building built on the sandy beach of Geojin Beach in Goseong-gun. You can fully enjoy the scenery of the East Sea in front and the grandeur of Mt. Geumgang behind. The beach connected to the building can be used as if it were a private beach, and the deck facilities along the beach are also available for free use. The sea off Geojin here has not yet been touched by development, so it has the atmosphere of a quiet rural village rather than a bustling tourist destination. While the greatest advantage is being surrounded by beautiful nature, those seeking the glitz and convenience of a tourist spot might be disappointed. I recommend it as a place for those dreaming of country living to experience the lifestyle before settling down. The large sports facility "Goseong National Sports Center" is located across the road, so you can use its affordable swimming pool and gym facilities as if they were an annex. If you enjoy reading, the lovely public library "Goseong Education Library" is situated about 200 meters away, which you can use like a private study. Heal your weary mind from the city while admiring the beautiful natural environment and the East Sea. We hope you visit in person to see for yourself. I recommend it as it provides excellent introductions not only to the accommodation but also to nearby attractions and restaurants. Accommodation Located on a quiet seaside in Geojin, Goseong-gun, Gangwon-do, you can easily access walking trails connecting to Geojin Port, Dalmaji Park, and Hwajinpo Beach. It features a living room offering a panoramic view of the East Sea, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a dressing room, and two bathrooms. (Size: 28 pyeong) All furniture, appliances, bedding (including a motion bed), and kitchenware are provided, allowing you to feel as comfortable as if you were in your own home. Maximum occupancy is 4 people. ▶ Home Appliances 65-inch TV (Living Room), 32-inch TV (Small Room), Air Conditioner (Living Room Only), Washing Machine, Drying Rack, Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, Bluetooth Speaker, Hair Dryer, Robot Vacuum Cleaner A 9kg Dryer has been added. * Cable TV and internet are installed. ▶ Kitchenware and Appliances Refrigerator, Dishwasher (6-person capacity), Ice Water Purifier, Jura Automatic Coffee Machine (Please bring your own whole bean coffee), Slow Cooker and Microwave Oven, Under-sink Water Purifier, Electric Pressure Cooker, Electric Drip Pot, Pots, Frying Pans, Ample Dinnerware Set, Cutlery, Chopsticks, Simple Cooking Utensils, Mugs, Wine Glasses, etc. ▶ Bathroom Amenities * As this is not an accommodation business, bathroom amenities cannot be provided. * You must bring your own personal hygiene items such as towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes. ☆ Please check the precautions below before making a reservation. ☆ * Please separate and recycle items. * We do not provide separate cleaning for consecutive nights; please use the vacuum cleaner provided (however, a robot vacuum operates every day at 9:00 AM). * Smoking is prohibited in the guest rooms. * Please refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM for the sake of your neighbors. (Please be advised that you may be asked to leave if complaints arise due to noise between floors or noise caused by pets.) * You are responsible for compensation if items or furnishings are damaged. * Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times. * There is ample parking space, and you can freely enter and exit during your stay if you provide your license plate number in advance. (One vehicle is allowed by default; additional vehicles are charged at a rate of 10,000 KRW per vehicle per day.) * Please make sure to wash dishes and separate recyclable waste upon check-out. Please also ensure the thermostat is turned OFF when leaving. * Only small and medium-sized dogs weighing around 10kg are allowed to accompany guests. * The heating system is an individual heating system using a gas boiler. However, since we use LPG instead of city gas (LNG), the cost is approximately three times higher than city gas. (The rate fluctuates monthly by about 3,000–4,000 KRW per ton.) During the cold season, monthly heating costs vary depending on usage, but when the indoor temperature is set to around 21 degrees, it comes out to approximately 200,000–300,000 KRW. * Due to a malfunction in the coffee machine in March 2024, it was replaced with a Nespresso machine. It would be helpful if you could bring your preferred coffee capsules. Due to the hot weather this summer, there were many complaints regarding the air conditioner, so in August 2024, we replaced it with a larger 19-pyeong model. However, I have heard that the failure rate is high because the outdoor unit is placed in a very cramped space, which prevents heat from escaping properly. I was advised that if you run the air conditioner for a long time, you must leave the door to the balcony where the outdoor unit is installed open to prevent breakdowns. Thank you.
