This is a precious home that I personally designed and oversaw the construction of. It is a cozy accommodation perfect for a family of four, so I recommend it to those on a workcation. (Please note that this accommodation operates on a 100% contactless basis. Please keep this in mind when making a reservation.) 🚨 The outdoor swimming pool operates with cold water only and is open only from July 1st to August 20th. Please take note of this when booking. 💚 Utility Billing Guide for Long-term Guests (Contactless Check-in) ◾️ Electricity: Please take a photo of your meter reading and send it via text message upon check-in or check-out, and we will calculate and send it to you. ◾️ Water: We will bill you based on a screenshot of your daily usage from the Gangneung Waterworks website. ◾️ Gas: Please take a photo of your meter reading and send it via text message upon check-in or check-out, and we will calculate and send it to you. Utilities are billed based on the amount used. ‼️If your usage exceeds the utility bills paid together with the accommodation fee, you must deposit the excess amount separately.
