We are renting out a 3-room apartment featuring a stunning forest view, located in front of Bongpo Beach between Sokcho and Goseong. You can enjoy the forest view from every room and the living room. The ocean, visible in the distance, is just a 5-minute walk away. As this is a space dedicated to peaceful relaxation for body and mind, it is strictly unsuitable for guests exceeding 4 people or for late-night gatherings. Please confirm this when making a reservation. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. [Bedrooms] ■ Master Bedroom: Queen bed (memory foam), dressing room, wall-mounted air conditioner * Includes an attached bathroom with a shower booth. ■ Across Bedroom: Low platform-style mattress topper (prevents children from rolling off), built-in wardrobe * There is a bathroom with a bathtub in front of the across bedroom. ■ Middle Room: Floor-style tea table and chairs, yoga mat, built-in wardrobe [Living Room & Kitchen] ■ Floor-standing air conditioner ■ MUJI sofa and recliner chair ■ Portable 32-inch TV (StandbyMe style) ■ MUJI dining table and chairs ■ Refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, electric rice cooker * Grilling meat such as pork belly or BBQ is not permitted indoors. ■ De'Longhi kettle and toaster ■ Basic condiments, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cutlery ■ Drip coffee and fresh beans [Bathrooms] Total 2 ■ 1 dry bathroom with shower stall, 1 bathroom with bathtub [Laundry Room] ■ 12kg drum washing machine, drying rack and fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, gas leak detector [Occupancy Limit] Maximum 4 guests regardless of age (adults, children, infants) To ensure proper rest for our guests and peace for our neighbors, we do not accept additional guests exceeding 4 people, including children and infants. We provide in-person assistance during check-in, so please do not misrepresent the number of guests staying. [Stay Duration] We dedicate a significant amount of time to cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilating to welcome guests, and we leave at least one day open before and after your stay. This is to provide a better environment for our guests. I hope this becomes a space where you can slowly and fully let go of your body and mind and rest, rather than a fleeting, short trip.
