Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of the building and accommodations. * Complaints may arise when smoking indoors (bathroom, veranda) Also, please be sure to pay attention as the fire alarm will sound due to detection by a sensitive smoke sensor and we will respond immediately. 2. Additional personnel without prior agreement are not permitted. 3. To maintain a pleasant indoor environment, cooking food with strong odors or oil is strictly prohibited. * Grilled meat and fish, fried foods, fermented soybean paste stew, etc. Please be especially careful when cooking, as a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. 4. The use of all flammable materials, including portable gas burners, event candles, and incense sticks, is prohibited. * Guests are responsible for all compensation in case of property damage, such as fire or damage to the exterior floor, that occurs due to this. 5. This is a shared housing complex, so it is a resting space during the evening hours. Please be careful not to make loud noises late at night, as this may disturb neighbors. * Loud voices and use of Bluetooth microphones are strictly prohibited!!! Please note that if a complaint arises, you will be asked to leave immediately. 6. Never put foreign substances such as food, wet tissues, or toothbrushes into the toilet. * In case of blockage due to the above reasons, a technician's travel fee of 100,000 won will be charged and it will take more than 1 hour. 7. Reservations and check-in by minors unaccompanied by a guardian, pets, check-in with 4 or more people, and those who do not have basic manners regarding space -> Reservations are not possible! * If you leave without washing the dishes or separating the trash, a cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. We respectfully decline reservations from those who leave without notice if the facility is damaged or destroyed. 8. Damage and destruction Please handle linen materials such as curtains, blankets, and towels with care as they can easily become contaminated. (Contamination due to dye fading, heat marks from ironing, etc.) Please keep all room facilities clean. * In case of unavoidable damage or destruction, you will be responsible for compensation based on the purchase price. We respectfully decline reservations for those who leave without notice due to damage or destruction of the facilities.
