Best value service residence in the new city

I used it for about 7 days during this trip to Jeju Island. I used it while traveling alone, but I regret that I only made a reservation for 7 days. First of all, the room seemed like it could accommodate up to 2 people, and it was great because there was a washing machine, refrigerator, coffee pot, cutlery, plates, and various other things in the room. The bed was big enough for 2 people, so I slept comfortably. And I was satisfied because the bathroom and shower were clearly separated in the same place. 1. The hosts were also very kind and detailed about the check-in and room usage according to the reservation date, so it was very comfortable and the response speed was very fast. (Since it is a non-face-to-face check-in and check-out, introverts, come here quickly.!!!) 2. The location of the accommodation is almost in the center of Seogwipo, so there is a convenience store right next to it and many places to eat, so it was very convenient, and there were a lot of places to visit nearby. If you are traveling to Seogwipo, I think it will be very convenient to walk around, and those with a car will find it very, very convenient. 3. As for the utility bills, I was surprised that they were not as high as I thought because I was walking around a lot and it was really hot, so I turned on the air conditioner a lot while I was at the accommodation. The amount was a bit low, and the utility bills were much lower than I thought. Even though I came alone walking around, I was able to move around very comfortably, and I regret that I only made a reservation for a week. I think the accommodation price is very cheap for this quality and this price. I would appreciate it if you read this article and make a reservation at this accommodation once!!!

The location is really great. If you are staying for a long time, the city center is better than the outskirts.

I used it for 2 weeks from mid-May to early June. It was convenient because there was an E-Mart, Starbucks, and McDonald's within a 5-minute walk. I mostly used my own car, and there was no inconvenience in using the free parking lot nearby. When I climbed Hallasan, I used Seogwipo Bus Terminal, and it was also convenient because it was connected to E-Mart. It was nice that there was a parcel storage box and a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. The surrounding area was not noisy, so I stayed comfortably. The host was also kind. I recommend it if you stay in Seogwipo.

It wasn't stuffy, the room was large, and there was a washing machine and a large refrigerator, so it was convenient. The only regret is that I think a wooden floor would be better than a carpet.
