Designed by an interior designer who spends about 100 days a year traveling, this newly constructed building received occupancy approval in February 2023. It's a place with everything travelers need, yet without the frills. It features appropriate cutlery and dishes for a culinary feast. A dishwasher that requires no sacrifice. A water purifier that eliminates the need for carrying heavy bottles of water. However, there's no TV installed. This is because we hope you'll enjoy a month-long stay with a different feel from home.

[BBQ] There is a BBQ zone on the 2nd-floor terrace. As there is no cover, it is not available during rainy weather. One free use is included for stays of 6 nights or more. You can continue using it if you bring your own charcoal and grill. > [Smoking] Smoking is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes. If you smoke indoors, you will be charged the fee equivalent to 2 nights (based on the highest rate) plus a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW. > [Pets] Pets are not allowed. However, service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted. Please inquire separately. > The use of fire is prohibited, including candles, portable gas stoves (including gas and kerosene burners), alcohol heaters, and kerosene heaters. This is to prevent safety accidents. > [Number of Guests] Please make your reservation accurately. Infants and toddlers count as 1 person. Visitors count as 1 person. If there are more guests than the allowed without prior notice, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Under no circumstances are guests of 8 or more allowed. We ask for your understanding as this is to ensure a comfortable stay. > [Quiet Time] We are located in the middle of a quiet rural village. The average age of the residents in the area is in their 70s. After 10 PM, you will hear absolutely nothing but the sounds of frogs and crickets. Please close your windows and keep your noise down after 10 PM. > [Insects] Although the house is a concrete structure built to prevent insects from entering, insects are very common in rural homes and may enter. Please be sure to close doors when entering and leaving, and lower the screens when opening and closing windows. Regular pest control is performed, and tools for removing mosquitoes and flies are provided. If you are sensitive to insects, please refrain from making a reservation. > While not a "No Kids Zone," this is not a space intended for children. Items for children or infants are not provided. We cannot provide them upon request, so please bring your own. Since there are only minimal safety measures in place, please keep a close eye on the property if you are accompanied by children or infants. > You may be charged for any damages to your belongings.
