In front of the accommodation, there are not only franchises such as Starbucks and Paris Baguette, but also convenience stores, independent cafes, and restaurants. 🏠 This is a premium goshiwon (dormitory-style accommodation) located within an 8-minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station, designed for those in their 20s and 30s living in a prime location near the station. 🎀 The Suite Studio is the largest room size available. You can enjoy a spacious and comfortable stay. ✔️ Forest operates across three floors, with separate floors for women and mixed-gender residents. 👩🏻‍💻 CCTV recording and monitoring are conducted 24 hours a day. 🔒 Electronic door locks are installed on the main entrance and in individual rooms to control access by outsiders. 🧸 We have prepared a resident-only rooftop to provide a relaxing space for our residents. 🗑️ To maintain a pleasant indoor environment, we have separated the indoor spaces from the recycling area. 🚭 This is a non-smoking building; smoking is prohibited indoors, in rooms, and on the rooftop. Violations may result in immediate eviction and charges for restoration costs. 🤫 Please refrain from making phone calls or causing noise after 10 PM. Please use the rooftop for long phone calls. 👩🏻‍🍳 There is a shared kitchen on the 4th floor, and ramen, instant rice, coffee, etc. are provided.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited both indoors and on the rooftop. Please smoke in the parking lot on the 1st floor. If caught smoking in a non-smoking area, you will be asked to leave immediately, your security deposit will not be refunded, and you will be charged for restoration costs. 🤫 Please refrain from using the kitchen coffee machine after 10 PM. Instant coffee is available. 😷 We regularly disinfect each room. Please open your room door when we announce this.
