8-minute walk from Yeoksam Station, walkable to Gangnam Station, and bus access to Gangnam Severance and Daechi-dong. 🏠 This is a premium goshiwon (dormitory-style accommodation) located within an 8-minute walk from Exit 1 of Yeoksam Station, designed for those in their 20s and 30s living in a prime location near the station. ✔️ Forest operates across three floors, with separate floors for women and mixed-gender residents. 👩🏻💻 We are monitoring and recording CCTV footage 24 hours a day. 🔒 We control access by outsiders by installing electronic door locks on the main entrance and in individual rooms. 🧸 We have prepared a resident-only rooftop to provide a relaxing space for our residents. 🗑️ To maintain a pleasant indoor environment, we separate the indoor living space from the recycling area. 👩🏻🍳 We provide coffee, ramen, instant rice, instant meals, and cereal in the shared kitchen on the 4th floor. A coffee machine, ramen machine, water purifier, toaster, and microwave are all available.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building, including indoors and on the rooftop. Please use the parking lot on the 1st floor for smoking. If caught smoking, you will be asked to leave immediately, your security deposit will not be refunded, and you will be charged for restoration costs. 🤫 Please refrain from using the coffee machine in the shared kitchen after 10 PM. Instant coffee is available.
