A spacious and cozy studio located 1 minute from Hongdae Station, Seoul, and very close to Central Park

The accommodation was absolutely amazing! The subway station is directly connected from the B1 level of the building, making it super convenient to get around without having to go outside (especially when it gets chilly at night). There was so much to do nearby that I wasn't bored at all! You can hear a bit of noise through the window, but I slept just fine haha. The bathroom was decent, and the room and floors were all clean and spacious, which was great. I will definitely come back next time!

The host was very kind and friendly. They responded quickly, so communication was smooth without any inconvenience. The location is connected to the subway, making it convenient to travel anywhere. The interior is neat and clean, and everything needed was provided, so I was able to spend a comfortable week. I highly recommend it!

Accessibility was excellent. Exiting Hongik University Station Exit 3, there was a direct passage to the officetel, making it easy to get there even with a large suitcase. The interior was also clean and well-decorated!

Location: It was very convenient because there was a park right in front and a gym across the street. Also, on rainy days, it was nice that I could go straight to the subway station. Cleanliness: I have stayed in many accommodations while living a nomad life, but this was one of the cleanest accommodations among the privately operated accommodations. Thanks to this, I was able to stay comfortably as if I was at home. Other: It was convenient because they provided even the smallest things, such as cooking utensils, chargers, and cleaning wheels, while being very meticulous. It would be burdensome to pack and carry everything, but these are daily necessities that would be inconvenient if they were not there, so it was nice to have them all. It was a bit noisy because it was next to the street, and I had to close the curtains at night because of the building in front, but I didn't feel too uncomfortable because the other parts were good. Above all, the host was very kind. There was also a security guard on duty, and the room had a double lock, so I think women would feel safe staying alone.

The location is so good. It was comfortable because it was equipped with small necessities for daily life. The bathroom and toilet were clean. The interior was great. Security was thorough, so it was safe. Yeonnam Park was close, so it was great for a walk. The windows let in a lot of sunlight, so it was bright and sunny. The only regret is that it was on the main street, so I couldn't avoid the noise from cars. It's a place where the hotness of Hongdae and the simple beauty of Yeonnam-dong coexist. I had a happy and comfortable stay for a month.

It was really good. I want to use it again next time.

The location is just as the description says, Hongik Univ. Station, so it was easy to find, and Central Park is right next door, so it exceeded my expectations. The interior of the accommodation was clean, and the cute props were so pretty that I felt like it was my home. ㅋㅋㅋ The host was so kind that I stayed there in a good mood until the day I checked out. Thank you. I want to use it again next time. If it becomes popular, I might be able to use it again on the date I want.

I chose this place because I had plans with friends in Seoul during the holiday. Hongdae Station is right in front, so transportation is very convenient, and the cute interior is so pretty that I really liked it. My friends also really enjoyed looking at the props and taking pictures. Since it's a newly decorated place, the bathroom is very clean and overall, it was clean, so I felt good the whole time I was there. I definitely want to use it again next time.
