It has a wide south-facing veranda and is open to the front and back, allowing you to enjoy plenty of natural light. 📍 Location and surroundings 10 minutes walk from Exit 14 of Isu Station From Exit 10 of Isu Station, you can take village buses Dongjak 17 and Dongjak 18. It is well equipped with convenient facilities such as large marts, convenience stores, and hospitals. E-Mart Everyday, a 5-minute walk away, offers delivery for purchases over 20,000 won. 📍Prior notice Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors. Parties are not allowed in residential apartments. The maximum number of people is 6, based on 4 people. Additional charges will apply for more than 4 people. Children of elementary school age and older, excluding infants, are included in the additional person fee. Additional personnel costs 20,000 won per person per day. There is a CCTV installed at the entrance to check the number of people and whether pets are allowed. A special cleaning fee of 500,000 won will be charged for smoking indoors and bringing pets. Please note that visitors are only allowed for up to 2 people, within 2 hours, if you share it in advance. If you do not share it in advance, you will be asked to pay an additional fee for the additional person. Additional fees will be charged for overtime and extra people.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. A special cleaning fee of 500,000 won will be charged for smoking and bringing pets. Parties are not allowed. To prevent noise between floors, please do your own cleaning or washing machine use in the early morning. If a complaint is received, we may ask you to leave the premises. CCTV is installed in front of the entrance to check for pets, theft, and overcrowding. Please note that refunds are not possible after check-in due to such issues.
