There is no elevator😭 but it is on the 3rd floor so the room has a great view of the ocean. The rooftop on the same floor is also a beautiful space to enjoy the sunrise and sunset🥰 There is a 24-hour CU convenience store right in front, so it will be convenient for you. The composition is There is one bedroom (queen-size bed with storage drawers) and one Ondol room (with a quilt case and closet, queen-size floor mattress provided/no frame) that are separate from each other. Each room has a veranda (one laundry room), and there is a living room/kitchen with a terrace and a bathroom. It's a really spacious house that can accommodate 4~5 people :) The hot water comes out really quickly because it's not an instant water heater :D (There is a cold and hot water purifier and a public restroom in the lobby on the first floor)

There is a tangerine orchard right behind the building, and beyond that, there is a view of Beomseom Island, making it a quiet and pretty neighborhood, a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. The rooftop space on the third floor, which is available to all guests, offers a view of Munseom Island, Seopseom Island, and Beomseom Island during the day, and at night, the pretty lights come on, making it a great place to have a cup of coffee or beer. The cozy lobby space is perfect for sipping coffee while looking out at the sea. Outdoor barbecue facilities are also available (at an additional cost). Our house is also proud of its spacious guest rooms and ample parking space :) Each room has a washing machine for your convenience.

Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be cooked indoors. You can use the outdoor barbecue area to do your own barbecue. (20,000 won: grill/hot plate/charcoal provided for 2-4 people, additional charcoal 5,000 won, please make a reservation at least one day in advance😊) Electric blankets and heaters are prohibited due to fire hazard :)
