I like Jeju so I'm living in each region for a month. I've been living here for over 2 years, so I'll write a review based on my experience with many accommodations. Good points • The coastal road is a 3-minute walk from the accommodation, so it's great for a walk. • There are many pretty cafes and delicious restaurants around the accommodation. • The garbage disposal area, which is very important when living for a month, is a 10-minute walk away. • There's a dolphin spot nearby, so you can see dolphins. • There's a field growing broccoli, cabbage, and kohlrabi around the accommodation, so you can buy fresh vegetables at a low price. Disappointing points • The view and lighting are lacking because the house in front and next door are blocked. • The host responds quickly, but the action is slow. • The cleaning was poor. Empty plastic bottles were on the floor, and when I wiped the floor with a cleaning cloth, there was a lot of hair and dust, and the dryer filter was full of dust. • The blanket was dirty, and my body itched after using it, so I washed it again. The host said he would send a cleaning company, but I already cleaned and did the laundry myself, so it was okay. • The maximum number of guests is 6, so I booked 4 people, but there were only 3 chopsticks, so I asked the host, but he said he couldn't provide them, so I bought them at Daiso and used them. • One of the reasons I booked the accommodation was because of the cinema room, but I couldn't use it because there was no projector adapter, and the host brought me another projector, but the image quality was bad, so I never used it. • The duplex accommodation requires a router on both the 1st and 2nd floors, but since there was no router on the 1st floor, it was difficult to use wireless internet on the 1st floor. • Jeju Island's gas is 3-4 times more expensive than the mainland, and since the boiler fuel efficiency is not good, we used gas as gas, and I would have understood if we lived a little warmer, but the house was so cold that we had to wear layers of clothes. • It usually takes 2-3 days to get a deposit refund, but this took about a week longer than other accommodations. Overall Review Among the accommodations I've stayed in, the surrounding environment is one of the best, so much so that it's in the top 3. The host is kind and responds quickly. If only the shortcomings were improved, it would be a really good accommodation. The utility bills (electricity, gas) came to about 400,000 won for 29 nights and 30 days, and I paid the shortfall from the 290,000 won I paid in advance. If you spend less than 290,000 won, the remaining amount will be refunded. The gas fee is 5,100 won per 1 rupee, and I used 70 rupees.

The neighborhood was quiet, comfortable, and wonderful. The accommodations were also impeccable. It was a dreamlike time and memorable experience. I had no complaints. As I write this on the plane back to Seoul, I already miss it. I think I'll miss the morning waves waking me up.

During my two-week stay, with the exception of one bad weather day, I consistently saw dolphins in front of and near my accommodation. While the ocean view from the accommodation is a bit lacking, I'm satisfied because it's not too far to walk to the ocean. It's quiet and nice unless you're on a schedule that requires a lot of walking.

I had so much fun with my family. I saw dolphins every day and made unforgettable memories. I enjoyed many tourist attractions on the west side of Jeju Island and swimming in the ocean, including Oreum Gotjawal. Ah... I heard that Daejeong is famous for hole-pole fishing, so I bought a fishing rod and tried it, but I don't have the talent for it, so I didn't catch a single fish..ㅠ So I used it once and left it. If you have any, please use it~~~ It's been a few days since I returned to Seoul, but I still get confused when I wake up in the morning about whether I'm in Jeju Island or not. First of all, it was new, so it was clean and nice. You can see the ocean from the living room, but it's not a perfect open view. It was nice to walk to the beach in the morning. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the pheasant family I saw from my room was impressive. However, it was a bit far from the downtown area, but the mart was close, and there were a few famous bakery cafes nearby. If you're lucky, you can see dolphins far away at the beach^^
