Clean, modern & private hotel-style one-room

Other buildings in this complex require curtains to be drawn at all times for privacy, but the front of the building I stayed in was blocked by trees, so I could open the curtains without any problems. The hot water was centrally supplied, so it was nice that it came on immediately, like a hotel. The heating wasn't floor heating, but rather a ceiling-mounted air conditioner that heated the air, which felt a bit dry, so I bought a cheap humidifier from Daiso and turned it on. The shower didn't have enough water for the other rooms, but other than that, the shower was excellent. The fried chicken at nearby Topyeong Chicken was delicious, and I ate there three times in a week. The owner even gave me a free tangerine, which was a nice touch. Overall, if I ever return to Jeju Island, I'll definitely stay here again. The soundproofing is also excellent, so there's no outside noise.

My mom and I were very satisfied with our one-month stay in Jeju. The accommodation was quiet, with CCTV at the building entrance and almost no noise between floors. We had no stress regarding parking. Although there is no supermarket or convenience store within the complex, there are two convenience stores within a 5-minute drive, and Hanaro Mart and Dongheung Food Street are about 10 minutes away, which was great. Since it was a one-month stay, we set a destination for each day and had no trouble touring the forest, tourist attractions, and restaurants. The view from the balcony on sunny days was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the sounds of birds and the wind, as well as the camellia flowers.

The host was very kind, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. The house was clean and well-organized in a modern style, which made me feel great. Parking was very convenient with plenty of space in front of the building. I also loved being able to relax in a quiet neighborhood with a view of the green forest. 🏡

This is a perfect accommodation out of 100. The host was very responsive and friendly. I booked the terrace in the photo, but when I actually went there, it was so pretty and I thought I made the right choice. It was pretty when the weather was nice, and it was pretty when it rained. I lay in bed and blankly watched the rain, and it couldn't have been better. I could hear the birds singing in the morning, and even the birds singing was so pretty! The bedding was so comfortable, and I should have gone out to play, but the accommodation was so cozy and comfortable that I ended up being lazy. Haha. There was a convenience store, so I could buy anything I needed right away. The accommodation was on the first floor, so it was really easy to move my luggage. Another big advantage was that I arrived on a rainy day, but it wasn't too difficult because it was right in front of the parking lot! Looking at the beach items, I could tell how well the host took care of them. I could feel the great attention to detail. If someone asks me to recommend a place to stay, I think I should recommend this place. There are no cons. I was sad that I couldn't stay longer and had to leave. I will come back next time I visit Jeju.

1/22~2/20 I had a good month-long stay. 1. I was worried that it would be cold, but like other people's reviews, the sun came in well, so I opened the curtains and went out, and it wasn't cold even when I came back after dinner. 2. I bought the dishcloth, shower ball, ladle, and toothbrush cup I needed for the month-long stay at a nearby Daiso and used them. 3. There was an air fryer, so I roasted sweet potatoes. 4. The T-money card needed for throwing away food waste was conveniently located at the accommodation. The deduction cost for each disposal was 22 won and 44 won, so I don't think I spent even 200 won for the month. 5. The dining chair and table were a bit shaky, so they needed to be tightened. 4. One or two rolls of toilet paper were not enough for a month-long stay. 5. Cleaning: There was a mop, but it was hard to handle and stiff, so I used a broom. I wish there was a vacuum cleaner.

I stayed here for a month and it was incredibly cozy and quiet. With Hallasan Mountain behind and a bountiful tangerine field in front, it was a perfect Feng Shui location, comparable to the "back mountain, front tangerine" concept. The lack of nearby amenities was a bit disappointing, but there were large supermarkets and traditional markets within a five-minute drive, so it wasn't a problem. I woke up in the morning to the warmth of the sun streaming through my front door, and birds were singing on the balcony. Now, with a few camellias in bloom, the atmosphere was even more captivating. It would be truly magical when the camellias were in full bloom and the snow fell. The host was also friendly and responsive. I needed some kitchen utensils, and they delivered them the next day. I'd love to come back again. FYI, King Kong Department Store is opening at the entrance to the property in January 2026.

This was the most comfortable and pleasant place I've stayed in Jeju so far. The amenities were so meticulous that I didn't have to pack anything, the bedding was clean, and even the small terrace outside the window filled me with romance again. I'll definitely come back here again next time.
