There are plenty of sports activities nearby. As for soccer fields, there are Suwon Samsung (Suwon World Cup Stadium) and Suwon FC (Suwon Sports Complex). There is Suwon KT Wiz at the baseball stadium. For those who have difficulty purchasing tickets, we also provide reservation services. (We prefer to purchase tickets through apps rather than through direct transactions.) hello! This is a place that improves your study and work efficiency. It can be used comfortably for a short or long term. It's a newly constructed building. The exclusive 7-pyeong space has a separate private terrace, bathroom (with shower), and attic on the second floor. Common facilities include a kitchen (induction, sink, table, chairs) There are terraces on the first floor and rooftop where you can relax. This is a space suitable for a period of at least one month rather than a short period of time. (We welcome multi-month stays, so we offer special discounts. If you need additional items, we can provide them upon agreement.) The building is new, so there aren't many people moving in yet. So, they say that the air conditioner won't turn on after 5:30 PM on weekdays and on weekends... 😭😭😭 Because of this, we are offering a special discount of 100% for the time being… Put it up!!! (I put up a fan instead!!! And starting in September, the weather will probably be fine even without the air conditioner in the evenings.) There is a convenience store and a cafe on the first floor of the building 🙆🏻‍♀️ Thank you to everyone who came to see me🙌🏻
