There are many convenience stores and restaurants within 10 minutes by car from famous tourist attractions such as Yonghwa Rail Bike and Jangho Port. You can also shop at Geundeok Hanaro Mart (20 minutes) and Samcheok City Homeplus (30 minutes). (Exchange information with the host) This is a local luxury country house & pension that won the Samcheok City <Beautiful Building Award> with a famous architect's design. You can truly relax and heal in a quiet, natural environment, but there is no inconvenience with the well-paved road and convenient facilities 10 minutes away.

1. Absolutely no smoking indoors (only in designated areas outdoors) 2. Cooking of food with strong odors such as fish or meat using a range oven is prohibited indoors. Cooking is allowed outside (on the deck) and then eating (prior inquiry required) 3. When using the charcoal barbecue provided by the host (for a fee), please inquire separately in advance (before making a reservation). 4. When cooking individual meat, please request a portable gas burner from the host (you must prepare butane gas yourself) and use it. The use of charcoal and firewood is prohibited to prevent fire. Please clean the portable gas burner immediately after use. 5. Use of other firearms must be inquired in advance (areas at risk of forest fires) 5. Be sure to check before going out!! (Turn off motor-operated devices such as refrigerator doors, range hoods, and exhaust fans & lights) ... In case of unavoidable circumstances for safety and security, you may enter the room while the guest is away to handle the problem.
