Our house is not a lodging facility, but a housing rental business. Everyone who stays here signs a rental agreement with the landlord and tenant and rents out the house. There is a beautiful walking trail on Mt. Bukak right outside the house, and the best view of the forest in the city center from the wonderful rooftop terrace. There are universities (Kookmin University, Sogang University, Sungkyunkwan University, Hansung University, Deoksung Women's University, Dongduk Women's University, and Sungshin Women's University) nearby, and there are Seoul National University Hospital, Korea University Hospital, and Kangbuk Samsung Hospital. There are famous places such as Dongdaemun Shopping Tower, Gwanghwamun, Jongno, Daehak-ro, Insa-dong, Myeongdong, Samcheong-dong, Daehak-ro, and the Parasite movie filming location are located within a 1-minute walk. If you climb the Mt. Bukak walking trail, you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Sky Observatory, and there is an octagonal pavilion and Bukak Golf Practice Range, so you can enjoy a wonderful leisurely life.

The Forest House in the city center is a rental housing business. Everyone staying here signs a lease agreement with the landlord and tenant and rents the house.
