hello. If you need a house for a short stay due to moving, interior design, business trips, etc., you can rent it for a short or long term within one year. We have placed a desk in each room, and in addition to the two bedrooms, we have prepared a sofa bed and bean bag in an additional room for you to watch TV or movies. Since this is a temporary lease for real estate use, hygiene products such as toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and towels are not provided, and cleaning and bedding change are not provided during the lease period. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. 🚭 There is a terrace, so please come on the terrace. If you use excessive gas, electricity, or water after the meter reading, you will be charged additional fees for the additional usage.
