1 minute walk to convenience store Hanaro Mart, Daiso, Olive Young 8 minutes by car 1-minute walk from bus stop We introduce a newly built 25-pyeong duplex detached house made of beautiful yellow clay located on the east side of Jeju Island. 🙋🏻‍♂️ Reservations for 14 nights or more are available from mid-July to mid-August. [Facilities] TV, air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cooking facilities, barbecue area, etc. Note 1. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM due to cleaning and disinfection time. 2. Queen-size bedding is provided for 2 people (additional bedding costs an additional 10,000 won) 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Cooking of oily fried foods such as pork belly, smelly fish, and spicy fish stew is prohibited in the guest rooms. If discovered, you will be evicted immediately (no refund) - A 100,000 won cleaning fee was charged for deodorization. 5. Please refrain from smoking and making loud noises in the rooms. 6. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the facility and will be compensated. **Please separate your trash and place it in the recycling center. Please separate food and miscellaneous waste/vinyl/plastic/bottles/paper/cans.
