Send a deposit when making a reservation, and we'll measure your usage, deduct any excess, and remit the remaining balance. 15-minute walk from Sehwa Beach. LP turntable, Bluetooth audio capable. Fully equipped with a beam projector, Smart TV, dryer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, water purifier, rice cooker, and various kitchen appliances. (+This is a long-term rental house, so you must bring your own towels and toiletries!)

✔️Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles (right next to the entrance). ✔️This is for a one-month stay only, so laundry detergent/toiletries/toothbrush/toothpaste/towels are not provided. Be sure to bring your own! ✔️The utility bills for the actual period of use will be deducted and refunded from the utility bills paid + deposit. ✔️Because the window is visible from outside, be sure to close the blinds when changing clothes! ✔️Tips for using the beam projector, LP turntable, and Bluetooth speaker can be found in the manual in the drawer under the TV! ✔️Please use the LP turntable only on the first floor, and be sure to turn the power button off after use! ✔️LPs are susceptible to dust! Please carefully remove them from the center groove and corners, and store them in their jackets immediately after use.

External factors unrelated to the interior of the place are not grounds for a refund.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited in all stays. A cleaning fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged if smoking is detected after checkout.
We recommend recording a video and taking detailed photos at check-in and check-out to document the condition of items and furniture. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
