Jeju Island's gas costs are 3-4 times higher than the mainland, but this accommodation is about 1,300 won per barrel, which is similar to the mainland. Disappointing points • There is no sunlight at all. All the windows are blocked by the building, so the house is too humid. I used the air conditioner a lot because it was hot and humid. • The noise between floors is too loud. Even at night, the thumping noise was so loud that I had to turn on the TV and live in the early morning. • The smell of cigarette smoke comes up from the bathroom in the living room every day. A smell similar to urine comes from the lobby on the first floor. It comes and goes out in the house sometimes. • The management fee is too expensive. I stayed for 40 days and it came out to about 500,000 won, but the utility bill I used was about 230,000 won, and the rest is the building management fee. It is expensive compared to other places. Usually, these types of apartment buildings have their own garbage cans, so you can throw away your garbage regardless of the day of the week, which is convenient, but here, they don't even have their own garbage cans, so the management fee is expensive. The water bill is about 3,500 won per ton, which is about 3 times more expensive than other places. • There is no regular refrigerator, and there is only one built-in kimchi refrigerator, so it was inconvenient to stay long-term.
