First of all, I was grateful that he helped me unpack and go out by checking in a little earlier than the check-in time. My family of three, including one son, had three rooms so we were able to sleep comfortably. We are a family that cares the most about beds and bedding, so it was nice that it was hotel-style bedding. I think the advantage of using the residence is that it is wider than a hotel and there is a washing machine available for laundry. I come to Jeju about twice a year, and if I come again next time, I want to come here again rather than a hotel. There are many good restaurants nearby and the supermarket is close and convenient. I'm a little late with my review because I'm busy with my trip. This is my second time visiting this place, and the owner is friendly and the house is spacious with 3 rooms, so it seems like it can accommodate up to 8 people. The first time I went there, there was no TV in the bedroom, but this time I went there, there was one in the bedroom. Also, there was only one sofa for 4 people, but there was an extra sofa next to it, so it was nice to watch TV while lying on the sofa. There was a Dolce Gust capsule coffee machine, so I could buy capsule coffee at the E-Mart right next door and drink it comfortably, which was nice. The location is also good because it's about a 10-minute walk to the busiest Nuwemaru Street in Yeondong, so you can have a drink at night. One thing I regret is that the parking lot is a little small, so you have to park in a machine, which is a little inconvenient. If you come on a trip, you only need to bring clothes and toiletries, so you don't have to bring too much luggage. That's why I give it 5 stars.

We lived here for 2 weeks from February 16 to March 2. 2 grown sons and my wife and I, 4 people. It's already similar to the previous review. Bus stop right in front. Jeju Terminal is a few stops away. We took the bus (sometimes a taxi) for 2 weeks without renting a car. Famous tourist spots. Island 2 (Mara Island, Biyang Island) and there was no inconvenience at all. It's not that long since it was built, so everything is clean. The bedding is hotel-style white. You can see the ocean and airplanes between the buildings in the living room. The double-glazed windows completely block out noise. All kinds of convenient facilities nearby are perfect. ( Convenience store, Burger King, McDonald's, Starbucks, hangover soup restaurant, black pork restaurant, hospital, E-Mart, snack bar, NN Mart, etc.) You can always contact the host through KakaoTalk. My husband and I live in Switzerland, and our son lives in Jeju Island, so we come to Jeju Island almost every year for a month. The accommodation was very, very +++ clean, spacious, and bright, so it was great. The bedroom had a separate dressing room, shower, and toilet, which was very convenient. My family really hates wet bathroom floors, so it was nice to be able to walk around on them softly. They also gave us plenty of Dolce Gusto coffee capsules, so we drank them gratefully. The electric oven didn't work yet, so I couldn't enjoy the happiness of making bread and cookies with my grandchildren, but next time I stay here, I want to make delicious cookies with my grandchildren. It was quiet and there was no noise, and the room was heated and the water pressure was good, so it really felt like home for a month. I want to come again next year. Thank you.

I stayed here on business, and the house was incredibly spacious, and each room had a bed, so everyone in the group had a comfortable stay. Guests only need to bring their own toiletries and personal belongings. The location is downtown, so there's a supermarket nearby and transportation is convenient. I really appreciated the coffee machine!
