(A disinfection cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged if traces of smoking or cigarette odors are found upon check-out.) - Foods with strong odors, such as fish, meat, and Cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste), are not permitted indoors. - Barbecuing is not allowed on the 2nd-floor balcony. - Costs will be charged for any damage to amenities within the room. - Toiletries such as toothbrushes, soap, detergent, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and towels are not provided. - As this is a rental space, disposable items, seasonings, various detergents, dishcloths, and sponges are not provided. - You must separate and dispose of any trash generated during the rental period yourself at the Clean House. - A T-money card is provided for food waste payment. (However, it must be returned upon check-out; if not returned, the cost of the T-money card will be deducted from the security deposit.) - Please exercise caution to prevent accidents on the stairs leading to the 2nd floor and on the balcony railing.
