Panpo Port, a quiet two-room detached house with a fire pit and a stone wall #Dogs allowed

I stayed at this accommodation for 2 weeks with my one-year-old baby! Even though it's an old house, I felt so much care in the small thoughtful details throughout my stay, making it a place I grew attached to! During the 2 weeks, my friends' family and my parents also visited, and everyone said the accommodation was great~ Especially, the memories of having a bonfire and barbecue in the private yard stay with me the most. It was also great to have a high chair to reduce luggage, and the dryer was perfect for traveling with a baby who needs lots of laundry done!

First, I had a great 2-week stay. 1. Pros - The neighborhood is very quiet - You can see many stars at night - You can walk along the beach - You can enjoy the charm of an old house like visiting grandma's place - Aewol, Hyeopjae, and Panpo Port are nearby 2. Cons - It's extremely humid without a dehumidifier and air conditioner on - The living room air conditioner is in poor condition. It's only loud and not cool, so it's better to use the air conditioner in the room - It might be due to the old house characteristics, but there's almost no sunlight inside the house - The bathroom is way too small....... Lastly, I'm quite disappointed with the basic cleanliness. Most people who come here stay for long periods, so shouldn't you either provide separate cleaning during their stay or do a more thorough cleaning before check-in? Basic cleaning, laundry/dryer, coffee machine, etc..... I don't think an old house needs to be dirty.. I enjoyed my stay comfortably, but I'm leaving this review because there are some disappointing points, so please take note~~ 3. Nearby restaurants - Pezzo Pizza - DDC Chicken

We stayed for a month in April, and the weather was generally clear, so it seemed like the perfect time to walk the Olle Trail. When you drive from the accommodation, there is a long, uncrowded cherry blossom road near the mart, on the way to Seogwipo, and on the way to Aewol. I remember being happy watching those unexpected cherry blossoms with my mom. I highly recommend this accommodation in April when the cherry blossoms and Olle flowers are in full bloom. Please keep in mind that the yard lights that turn on and off late at night are not fixed. It seems like a very happy accommodation for campers. There are also a lot of supplies provided... If you walk out, there is Panpan Port, a famous snorkeling spot, and a sunset spot called Sinchang Windmill Coast about 5 minutes away by car. You really must come here!!!!!!! You will be so touched! We went here and there because we were mainly on the Olle Trail (Course 9 is a total disaster...) Even if you don't walk the Olle Trail, if you like the ocean, you should definitely go to the 10-B Badang Trail, which is not too far from the accommodation by car, on a weekday when it's not too hot. The course is not long and it's flat, so it's easy to walk and come back, but it's so beautiful that you'll wonder if this is really Korea. And the reviews are a bit mixed... Accommodation! We were two women and it was our first time living in a house, so we were worried that the security should be tighter, but no, after living there, we thought that this level of security was enough. No one came. Our accommodation, Nobody Can Touch. No one was interested. You couldn't look inside the yard. The accommodation was located at the beginning of a deserted field, with other village houses and accommodations at a moderate distance away, so there were no cars passing by, people working in the fields, grandmothers sweeping the road in front of the house, grandmothers taking a walk, etc. It wasn't completely deserted or crowded, so I felt comfortable. Oh! But! We often took our dog for walks, and if you walk straight towards the main road, there is a house that raises golden retrievers in the yard. We almost got bitten by a dog there ㅠㅠ It was night, so I think they let the dog out in the yard without a leash, but the main gate of Jeju... there is a front door or a door like our place, but most of them are open. I don't think this retriever house had a front door. The golden retriever came running, and I quickly lifted my dog up and saved it (a 6 kg poodle). The man of the house saw that and took the dog away, and after that, if you look from afar, it was tied up. This is a point that dog owners should be careful of! Just avoid the road in front of this house!! Or pass by holding it! Oh, and there are some great restaurants around the accommodation... Honestly, there are some, but there aren't many. However, there are many great restaurants such as Hyeopjae, Hallim, and Geumneung, which are not too far away. I like tteokbokki, so when I go to Seogwipo and come back, I get some tteok from Pppopteok and eat it. It's on the sweet side, so I recommend asking for some seasoning sauce and adding it to your taste...! And I frequented Geumneung Restaurant. The seafood pancake is really good! I've only had it to-go three times, but they put a lot of effort into the packaging and are very kind. But the seafood pancake tastes better when the male owner makes it. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ In Jeju Island, if you make a card called Tamneun Jeon issued by Jeju Bank, you get a lot of cashback, so I mostly used that, but it works in most places. I think it would be good to refer to this. And I usually go to Hankyung Hanaro Mart to buy groceries, and they also have a sauna there. We couldn't use it due to our schedule, but please refer to it! There is a Hankyung library nearby, which is really convenient to use and has a lot of good books. On rainy days, I would borrow books about Jeju, play my favorite music on the Bluetooth speaker provided by the accommodation, and read while sitting on the sofa provided. When I got tired of it, I played a board game provided with my mom, which was a healing time. The sound of the rain hitting the trees was sometimes scary and sometimes refreshing. I actually experienced the strong winds in Jeju and laughed out loud... One of the doors fell off in the strong wind, so I tried to fix it by myself, but it didn't work, so I asked the landlord for help... (He fixed it early the next morning. + Even though I couldn't see the front door from the accommodation, he called me to ask for my understanding and worked on the front door. I thought he was very considerate.) Another day, a fence that was hanging outside fell off in the strong wind (it was tied with a cable tie!!) My mom and I tried to tie it back up with the materials we had... The yellow bamboo leaves scattered in the yard in the wind made me laugh again... It was a fun, peaceful, and enjoyable accommodation. Even if you hang your laundry in the yard during the day, it's easy for it to fall in the wind, so bring a bunch of clothespins from home! Oh, dog... I think you should consider that the yard is made of crushed stone. (And I don't recommend the 14-1 Olle Course with a dog ㅠㅠ There's a Gotjawal Forest, so it's the first time I've seen a baby's paw pads get so worn out ㅠㅠ) Anyway, I have a lot more to say if I'm going to write a review... But it's getting too long, so I'll just summarize it here. Oh, there's nothing we can do about the bugs... But there's an old-fashioned fly swatter at the accommodation. A green fly swatter that makes a swoosh swoosh sound. LOL. It relieved my stress by catching flies. I saw a marten at the door lock entrance of the house three times, but don't touch it. Just pick it up with something like a disposable chopstick and throw it over the fence. Koreans can use chopsticks to kill martens, right? ㅎㅎ As for the other small bugs, I guess... I really liked living in this accommodation. It was my first time living there, so I think it'll stay in my memories for a long time.

I made a reservation for a two-week stay from February 18th with my husband, adult daughter, and dog, but I checked out two days ago due to personal reasons. It was convenient to get around because it was in the middle of the western part of Jeju. Since it was non-face-to-face, I was able to stay privately, and while looking for a Jeju-like house, there were some old and inconvenient points (floor heating in winter), but it was less inconvenient because of the heating equipment. The bathroom was too small, but there was a bathhouse 5 minutes away, so I didn't feel it at all while using it. The bedding, furniture, and tableware were clean and well-managed. Thank you again, and it seems to be the best place to travel around the western part of Jeju. Climbing Mt. Halla, each port, and the coastal sea... up to Oreum. It was a middle area where you could move from Seogwipo to Jeju City within 30-50 minutes, and there were unexpectedly many hot places to eat, which was nice. I had a good rest. I'll definitely go back next time. Then, you'll replace the hair dryer, right? Haha And, if you clean the dryer filter once in a while and provide at least one mirror in the middle of the living room, it would have been more comfortable for an adult family like us. It was well organized and guided without having to find a host, so it was a good family trip.

Since it was located in the west, I looked around Jeju City and the southwest. I walked my dog every day at Panpo Port, Hyeopjae, Gwakji, Iho Tewoo, and Geumneung Beach. Sometimes I ran, and it was nice because the coastal road was close. There are many hills and parks nearby~~ On rainy days, I drank tea at a pretty cafe in Aewol Cafe Street and watched the rain^^ The east is very(?) far, so I only went there occasionally. (I feel like I've become a Jeju person^^) As I write this review, I miss Jeju again~~~ I got this accommodation because of my childhood memories of living in a house with a yard, and my dog liked the sunny yard so much that he would sit in the yard and doze off. Every night, we all gathered in the yard and made a fire. The accommodation was very emotional, the boiler was strong, and the hot water came out well. One regret(?) is that the bathroom was a little small because it was an old house structure. It won't be too inconvenient for a one-month stay?!!^^ If a problem occurs, send a text message to the host and they will call you right away~ Thanks to you, I was able to rest well for a month. Ah, I want to go again~~ Jeju♡♡

I went to live with the kids for a week~ The yard was spacious so it was great for the kids to play in, and the house was bigger than I thought. We had a great time~^^

Overall, it was pretty good. The space was completely private and well decorated so that no one around us could see us. It was especially nice to have a fire in the yard. The lights came on in the evening and it was so pretty. The host answered my call right away, and when I said there was no drying rack, he brought it right away. The washing machine and dryer worked well. I think I went to Panpo Port to swim about five times. It was quick by car, and it took about 15 minutes on foot. Most places are within 30 minutes. (I went swimming and working out at the Seobu National Sports Center. Please note^^) If I had to pick one thing that was disappointing, it would be the bathroom. It was clean at all, but it felt a bit narrow and the path was a bit ambiguous. I thought it must have been unavoidable because of the structure while remodeling. However, I got used to it right away after a few days, so there were no problems at all. It was a really fun month. I am very satisfied~^^
