It is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy Jeonju in a quiet place or for those who work in Jeonju for a short period of time. There are many restaurants within walking distance, and tourist attractions are easily accessible. As the number of people in a densely populated area increases, noise is a cause of complaints from neighbors. This is a healing space where even those who are sensitive to noise can rest comfortably. The house I previously lived in was well-maintained and had many of the necessities I needed to live there. It is good for those who want to work quietly in Jeonju or take a break while sightseeing. It is not recommended for those who want to be noisy as it is a quiet residential area. The innovation city is close to the provincial government and public institutions. It is close to the central commercial district of Jeonju, making it easily accessible to Hanok Village and Gaekridan-gil. The neighborhood is quiet as it is located in the back alley of a commercial district. It is located on the top floor of the 4th floor, so there is no noise between floors. It is well equipped with living facilities such as a large mart, convenience store, and hospital. There are many restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance.

It is a quiet residence. We recommend this to those who come for business, want to quietly relax and heal in Jeonju, enjoy Jeonju's culture, and slowly visit the nearby areas. If there is too much noise at the party, there will be complaints from nearby residents. This is a place where 3 generations (elderly, children, grandchildren) visit, so smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
