Location ☆☆☆☆☆
While living here for a month, it was easy to get around except for the northwest of Jeju Island, the roads were well-maintained nearby, it was easy to get around because it was only 15 minutes to downtown Pyoseon, there was a gas station in the city, there was a CU nearby, so it was a good distance to walk
House
- The owner keeps a black dog the size of a retriever, and it likes people, so it wags its tail and approaches, which is quite cute♡
- It's connected to the owner's house, so it's probably about 5 meters away
- The garden in front is green, and pheasants are flying around, so it's fun to watch
- I chose it because it was a good place to work on the 2nd floor, but it was okay
- The wifi didn't work well, so I replaced it with the router I brought and used it
- Netflix was logged in
- There was a big dryer, so it was easy to dry laundry
- I was flustered because I didn't have a key to the front door, but no one robbed me.
- Bugs kept coming in through the holes in the screen, so I went to Daiso and bought something to fix the holes in the screen and put it in several places.
- Since it's in the countryside, there are a lot of martens. They said that spraying F-Kill and hitting them with a fly swatter would work (they said that they've been around for a while). They caught 6 of them. They're about the length of a ballpoint pen, so they're easy to catch.
- Every morning, I hear a scratching sound, whether it's on the wall or the roof near the bedroom. Since it's in the countryside, I thought it was a rat and just went to sleep. When I'm tired, I don't really care.
- When I first moved in, I noticed mold in the bathroom, so I bought a bathroom cleaner and cleaned the sink and toilet.
When I checked out, the owner said that I had to clean the mold, so I think it's clean now. (Why was there so much mold when we moved in...)
-Since we moved in, there was dust and spiderwebs on the ceiling on the second floor, but they said they cleaned it, so I didn't really care, but when I woke up, my throat hurt and I had a runny nose, so I covered my mouth with a nasal mask and slept. It would be good to bring a nasal mask or nasal mask.
I slept well and it was good.
- There were about 2 windows on the second floor that didn't have screens, so we kept them closed (be careful if you bring pets)
When we lived there for about 3 weeks, a civet the size of our palm came out, so we called the owner and he came to catch it, and he asked if he would put up a screen at that time, but we only had a week left, so we told him it was okay. I think it's done now.
-The floor on the first floor, after going up the stairs to the second floor~ It was a little cold to walk barefoot because it was tiled. You can wear the slippers provided, but we brought a carpet separately, so we only wore slippers in the kitchen.
- There is also a carpet that is basically laid out
(It looks like it has never been washed, so I cleaned the dust with a roller and used it, it may have been washed)
- There is a heated mat in the bedroom. I haven't used it, but it seems useful in the winter
- The owner collected the separated waste in a separate bin, but I have never seen it empty for a month
After about 2 weeks, I was suddenly told to throw away the volume-based waste bags myself, so I was surprised, and it turned out that the owner doesn't use volume-based waste bags.
I took it to the recycling center 2 minutes away by car and threw it away
(At first, I only threw away the volume-based waste bags, but the bin that the owner told me to separate waste kept not being emptied, so later I just took all the plastic, vinyl, cans, etc. to the recycling center and threw them away)
If you don't put them in the volume-based waste bags and give them to the owner, they will incinerate them. They told me to throw away food waste in the field
- There was food left in the refrigerator by previous residents, and they said I could eat it, but I didn't.
I brought a charcoal refrigerator air freshener
- There are no curtains on the stairs, so be careful
- There seemed to be more than 10 towels
They were colorful, so I could tell what they were used for. I think I received some from an event, and it was fun to see the history of the towels. I washed all the towels and came back
- When they first showed me around the house, they showed me the bathtub outside on the second floor, but it wasn't cleaned. They told me to tell them that they would clean it if I said I was going to use the bathtub
- The deposit is 300,000 won, and the pet cleaning fee of 50,000 won can be deducted from the deposit at the final settlement
When my younger sibling came, they added 20,000 won per night
Excluding my younger sibling's expenses, the pet cleaning fee, water, electricity, gas, and internet all came to 177,000 won
Overall
