This modern house, built with a Canadian-style wooden structure, features a simple layout with separate bedrooms and living room, a shower stall, a kitchen, and a built-in drum washing machine. In summer, the cool ocean breezes fill the living room, and air conditioning is also provided. In winter, warm sunlight streams in through the south-facing living room windows. The ocean is just a five-minute walk away. The spacious lawn adds a peaceful touch to the property's elegance, making it a great place for children and dogs to run and play. The property is also close to the Sinchang Windmill Coastal Road on the west coast, offering beautiful sunsets. Panpo Port is a perfect place for water play in the summer.

There is a Hankyung Nonghyup Hanaro Mart 5 minutes away by car, and a convenience store at Mega Resort 5 minutes away by foot. There is a local bus stop (No. 202) at Mega Resort Panpo Intersection 5 minutes away by foot, and the Hankyung Library next to the Hankyung Myeon Office 5 minutes away by car. This is a simple and modern wooden house with good soundproofing and a spacious lawn as an annex to a house. You can sleep peacefully in this healthy wooden house. It is a warm and clean place where you can rest and heal in a white-colored interior. It is a quiet neighborhood where you can't hear the sound of cars and where children and dogs can run around well. It is a great neighborhood for walking as there is an Olle Trail with Jeju stone walls and field walls. Location: About 50 minutes by car from Jeju International Airport. Take regular bus No. 202 bound for Iljuseo-ro for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Get off in front of Mega Resort. It is located 5-7 minutes on foot from Dodo House. Take direct No. 102 (50 minutes) and transfer to No. 202 at Hallim Transfer Station and get off at Mega Resort.
