Hello. I will guide you through check-in. ○ Please let us know your expected check-in time the day before! (This is to adjust the cleaning time.) ○ Check-in: 3:00 PM (Early check-in available from 2:00 PM, no additional charge) ○ Check-out: 10:00 a.m. (late check-out available until 11:00 a.m., no additional charge) ** If you would like to check in early or check out late, please send us a message the day before^^ ○ Address: 1 Seongsan Deungyong-ro, Seongsan-eup, Seogwipo-si **There is no elevator. ○ Room password: Last 4 digits of guest’s phone number* ○ Parking: Building parking lot ○ Transportation: Take red bus number 111 from the airport and get off at “Seongsan Ilchulbong Entrance” and it is a 2-minute walk. ○ Note: * Please take off your shoes indoors. * Check-in is available from 3pm. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the information desk on the 1st floor. * Please be mindful of noise after 10 p.m. If we receive complaints about noise, you may be forced to leave. * Please request additional towels at the information desk on the 1st floor. * When eating in the room, please avoid spilling food on the bedding or carpet. If there are stains, you may be charged a laundry fee. * All rooms are non-smoking. Please understand that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. (Please smoke in the area provided at the end of the parking lot on the first floor.) If you smoke in the room (including the bathroom), a cleaning fee may be charged. (Cleaning fee: 100,000 won) * Please throw away food waste in the food waste bin on the first floor. Please also use the first floor recycling bin to separate your waste. * The public washing machine is located in the common space on the rooftop. If you would like to use the clothes drying rack, there is one on the veranda at the end of the hallway on each floor. Please use it and return it to its original place. :-) * There is a water purifier and microwave oven on the rooftop and in the first floor lobby. * When going out, please make sure to close all windows indoors. * When opening a window, be sure to close the mosquito screen. * During the winter season, heating is provided through a central heating system, with heating starting at 6 p.m. * The bedside Bluetooth speaker also doubles as a wireless charger. If you need a charging cable, there is an iPhone charging cable and a Type-C charging cable in the bedside table drawer. Please use them and put them back in their place. ^^ * Check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you would like to extend the time, please send us a message in advance. It is possible to extend by about 1 hour. (There is no separate extension fee.) ​ ○Information for long-term stays * You can request cleaning once every three days at the information desk. Please let us know in advance the night before you want cleaning and let us know what time you will be leaving the room the next day. Cleaning is done between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM. * If you would like to do some simple cleaning yourself, there is a shared vacuum cleaner on the veranda at the end of the hallway. Please use it and put it back in its place. * If you would like to change the bedding, we will change it once a week. If you let us know the day before, we will change it during cleaning time. * Please use the rooftop public washing machine for laundry. There is no separate fee, and you can use the provided detergent. When the laundry is done, please empty the washing machine immediately for the next guest.^^ * Please put your used towels in the basket in the room and leave them outside the door in the morning. They will be collected. If you need new towels, please ask the information desk and get them. * Microwaves and water purifiers (with hot water available) are available in the lobby on the first floor and in the common area on the rooftop. Feel free to use the trays provided and put them back where they belong. * If you run out of the bathroom amenities while you are in the room, please let us know and we will refill them. * Please do not leave trash in the room. Please use the recycling bin on the first floor. Thank you.
