However, in the evening, you can hear the sound of waves, which sounds unrealistic. When it is bright, it is a feast for the eyes, and when it is dark, it is a feast for the ears. There is a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, TV, comfortable chair, etc., so there was nothing inconvenient. The parking lot is spacious on weekdays, but it is full on weekends, but there is a free parking space with parking lines on the street, not just in the building, so you don't have to worry about parking. There is an electric car charger (charging king). There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building, so it is convenient. The beach is right outside, and there is a Hollys 5 minutes away. If you go to Hollys on a weekday, you can enjoy the ocean view through the window. If you want to run, go to Yeongrangho and exercise with a view of Seoraksan Mountain. You can walk to Sokcho Central Market. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the Express Bus Terminal and costs about 5,500 won. (Very convenient for going to Seoul) It was hard to find a disadvantage. I want to stay there again next time when I have time.
