I used it for a one-month stay in Jeju. There are three things I focused on. 1. Is it possible to live there on foot? The location is good, so you can get there by bus from the airport, and there are many bus stops nearby, so it is convenient to move around. There is a beach at Olle Market, various tourist attractions, nearby restaurants, hospitals, marts, bars, and other infrastructures that are necessary for daily life and enjoyable. I was able to experience boat fishing and scuba diving at the port right below, and since Jeju is warm, it was not as cold as I thought and it was really great. Highly recommended. There are many places to have a drink alone. Also, since it is a travel destination, talking to the local people or owners is friendly without any resistance. So, I had a lot of fun wherever I went. 2. Is the price reasonable? Among the accommodations with this level of infrastructure and utilities included, this was the cheapest. I heard that utilities are expensive in Jeju, but I stayed there without worry because it was included in the price. However, I think long-sleeved shirts and long pants are essential for living in Jeju in the winter. It's not very efficient, so it's a bit awkward to just keep the temperature up. I can't say that the room condition is very good, but overall, it's clean and there was no inconvenience in living. If there's a problem, the host communicates and takes care of it right away. The bedding is clean, hotel-style, and there's almost no noise from the surroundings, so it's quiet, and I didn't see a single bug. I used the washing machine once every two days, and although it was in the hallway, it wasn't a big inconvenience. The water pressure in the bathroom was very good, and there were 4 towels, laundry, and shower supplies. The kitchen is small, so it's hard to cook often, but it didn't matter because there are so many places to eat nearby. The host also told me a lot about good restaurants nearby. 3. Are there any exercise facilities nearby? There's a gym and Ollegil in 5 minutes on foot, and a swimming pool in 10 minutes. The shower room at Xjoajim is a bit small, but compared to other gyms nearby, there are more good equipment and people who are serious about exercising, so it's fun to exercise. You can run on the treadmill while looking at the ocean. The swimming pool was very cheap, so there were a lot of people, but it was quite large and clean. I ran about 3 times a week, and when the weather was nice, I felt a little dreamy and happy while running along the seaside. ㅎㅎ I impulsively decided to live in Jeju for a month, but I was so satisfied that I decided to live as a Jeju resident for the rest of the year. After living in Seoul, I thought that the people here were really leisurely. There were a lot of people from other places where I went, but there were quite a few who came to stay after traveling. They all said that if you let go of your greed and just have a way to make a living, there is no place like this. I think I will answer like that if someone asks me from now on. Room 202 is in the middle, so there is a window, but sunlight does not come in, so it is stuffy on rainy days 2. Noise and cleanliness of common areas It does not seem to be soundproof, but I woke up every morning because the other rooms were noisy, and the common areas of the building were full of cigarette butts, so it felt like there was a lack of management 3.
