I wanted to cancel the reservation as soon as I saw it on the first day, but I knew I couldn't, so I held back. First of all, it was really obvious that it hadn't been cleaned. There was a mosquito carcass on the pillow, and it was obvious that the freezer hadn't been cleaned in at least three months. Even if the details were okay, the toilet flush area that you press often was covered in dust, and the same was true on the trash can lid. Even if you really put a lot of effort into cleaning the bathroom, shouldn't you have wiped the dust off the table and chairs in the middle of the living room? Moreover, the day before the reservation date, you suddenly told me that there was a stain on the sofa. Shouldn't you have told me that as soon as the reservation was confirmed? The stain looked like it had been there for quite a while, and it had to be really dirty. It was on not only the sofa but also the door. I doubted that they had cleaned it, and I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. I've stayed at many Airbnbs and hotels, but this is the first time I've ever stayed in a place this blatantly dirty. There's construction going on nearby, so it's noisy. Even though that can't be helped, this room was right in front of the elevator, so people were coming and going dozens of times a day. It wasn't a small amount of noise, and I was tense and stressed the entire time I was there. I looked into it and found out that I was paying a week's rent. If they're going to raise the price that much, they should be providing quality. Also, shouldn't they be providing water, or at least extra toilet paper and a trash bag? The diffuser in the middle of the living room was empty, so I'm curious why they put an empty bottle on it. This is my first time booking with Live Anywhere, and I wonder if all bookings here are like this. My entire stay was uncomfortable. This is my first time leaving a negative review. I debated a lot about whether or not to write one, but I really don't think I should be paying this much for a room like this, so I'm posting it.
