2-minute walk : GS Mart, Korea Mart, Shinhwa Food Village Daiso (You can buy all your necessities here) There is Shinhwa Food Village, the only one in Chungbuk Across the street from the Holly's Coffee shop There is also the food alley in Sannam-dong and Seonghwa-dong It is fully furnished with a large 65-inch smart TV, the kind you would find in a hotel room. The interior and exterior of the building are kept impeccably clean, making it the best-maintained building in the area. It is the perfect studio apartment for a quiet stay.
