It's truly a view gem. The view of Beophwan and Gangjung Port visible from the window greeted me with a fresh appearance every morning, and I was so happy throughout the month. With many restaurants nearby, I had no worries about food options, and with E-Mart and Daiso close by, I could purchase necessary items anytime. Various convenience facilities such as McDonald's, Starbucks, and the Central Library, as well as the surrounding natural environment including Beophwan Port, Gogeunsan Dulle-gil, and the sunset at Gangjung Port were truly the best. The accommodation was well-equipped with all kinds of furniture with no inconvenience for daily living, and in particular, ceramic dishes such as plates, bowls, and cups were so beautiful and practical to use. Thanks to this, I was able to fulfill my dream of living in Jeju healthily after retirement with my husband, and it was such a wonderful time. I am also grateful to the host for kindly responding to even minor issues. Experience the joy of life at this wonderful view gem~~!!

The surrounding convenience facilities are excellent and it is very comfortable to live here. I plan to use it again next time. I used it very well.

I lived in Jeju with my dog for a month and was absolutely delighted with the choice. First of all, the location was perfect. There were many parks nearby, making it great for walks. Restaurants and the surrounding infrastructure were all within walking distance, making it convenient. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. The ocean was a five-minute drive away, and Seogwipo's famous tourist attractions were close by, making it easy to get around. The host's meticulous attention to detail made the accommodations comfortable and made me feel right at home. The daily ocean view was a bonus, and a cup of tea while looking out at the ocean was truly healing. The host was so kind and attentive, and I was grateful.

It's a great place to stay alone. First of all, it's quiet, and there's a hotel sauna right next door, an E-mart and a beauty salon within a 5-minute walk. There are also many good restaurants nearby. It's also good for exercising. There's a 700m track outside Seogwipo World Cup Stadium. There's also Beophwan Port within a 5-minute drive... There's also a library in front of the accommodation, but it's too bad that I can't use it because it's under renovation until the end of June. The interior of the accommodation is also well-equipped, so I was able to rest comfortably. However, the gas stove is a bit weak. It's a good place to stay. I had a good rest.

To conclude, I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning to stay in Jeju Island for a month^^ I will write down the pros and cons that I felt during my 34-day stay without holding back. Pros 1. Location The location is really the best. About half of the time I had a car and the other half I walked, but either way, it was easy to access. Seogwipo Bus Terminal is within walking distance, so it is easy to go far, and the bus stop is right in front of the house, so it is easy to go close. There are many taxis around, so you can catch a taxi right away if you use Kakao T. 2. Parking There are many free parking lots around, so you don't have to worry about parking at all. 3. Ocean view It is a little far from the coast, but the elevation is high, so you can see the Seogwipo sea and World Cup stadium clearly. I personally really liked it. 4. Surrounding facilities If you exaggerate a little, there is nothing that is not around. E-Mart, convenience store, Starbucks, McDonald's, Olive Young, restaurants, library, post office, sauna, cafe, beauty salon, etc.. You can solve everything within walking distance without having to drive. 5. Security The surrounding environment itself is clean, and there are no elements that could make you feel threatened, such as drunk people or theft. Disadvantages 1. Sofa bed If there are 3 or more people, at least one person will have to sleep on a makeshift mattress, which will hurt your back a lot. Please note. If possible, we recommend that 2 people come and sleep on the bed together. 2. Recycling and food waste disposal You have to go to the garbage disposal site outside the building to separate the waste or dispose of the food waste. It's not far, but it was a little inconvenient to go back and forth when it rained sometimes. In fact, this part seems to be run like this throughout Jeju Island, so there's no guarantee that other accommodations will be better. 3. Management fee The management fee felt a bit expensive for a small two-room, but in the same context as the above, I think it may be the case for Jeju Island in general and not a disadvantage of this accommodation in particular. After working for about 10 years and running without rest, I was able to realize my dream of living in Jeju Island for a month here. It wasn't luxurious, but it was a perfect accommodation for a month of physical and mental relaxation. Now that I'm back to work, my time in Jeju feels like a mirage^^ I'll be able to recall the happy times I had here and gain strength for a while.

I had to come with two cats, so I made a reservation for a room with a better location than I thought, but the location was better than I thought, so it was convenient to eat nearby and live. And the ocean view was a bonus. The house was clean, there was an elevator, the parking was convenient, and the owner was kind. If I ever live in Jeju again, I want to come here! I was worried that I might be scared when I walked around at night because I was a woman alone, but the building had good CCTV and it was in the center of the city, so I didn't feel scared at all and I was able to walk around without any problems. If you're worried about safety, I recommend this place. I think I'll miss the Jeju scenery so much when I go back to the mainland. I had a happy three months. Thank you.🧡
