1-minute walk: Hanaro Mart, post office, CU convenience store, administrative welfare center, Samsung Living Arts High School, beauty cafe, barber shop, BHC, Chungui Park, Nonghyup, Saemaeul Geumgo, hospital, pharmacy, Chinese restaurant, and many other restaurants. It is close to downtown Gyeongju, and you can use the Hyeongsan Riverside walking trail in the morning and evening. It is a small farmhouse with a vegetable garden in the yard. The bathroom, living room, and bedroom have been remodeled with the latest equipment.
