30 seconds walk: bus stop, park 3 min walk: Convenience store - This is an accommodation where you can enjoy a romantic view of the Han River. - It is connected to the Han River through the Han River access road next to the apartment, so you can enjoy a walk along the Han River in the morning and evening. - This is a recently remodeled, cleanly constructed apartment. - Modern interior in clean white tones. - It is a fully equipped room with a bed, sofa, desk, and bar table. - Pets are not allowed in the room. - Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. When smoking, please go outside the apartment. - Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis within the complex. - There is a bus that goes directly to Gangnam Station from the bus stop in front of my house.

(If you smoke indoors, you will be fined 1 million won, so please refrain from smoking!) - In case of damage or contamination of the item, compensation costs will be incurred. - If you bring a pet, you will be fined for violating the house rules. - We do not charge a separate cleaning fee, so you must clean and organize the room when you check out, leaving it in the same clean condition as when you checked in. If you check out without cleaning and organizing, a cleaning fee will be charged later.
