When smoking, please go outside the apartment. - Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis within the complex. - There is a bus that goes directly to Gangnam Station from the bus stop in front of my house.

(If you smoke indoors, you will be fined 1 million won, so please refrain from smoking!) - In case of damage or contamination of the item, compensation costs will be incurred. - If you bring a pet, you will be fined for violating the house rules. - We do not charge a separate cleaning fee, so you must clean and organize the room when you check out, leaving it in the same clean condition as when you checked in. If you check out without cleaning and organizing, a cleaning fee will be charged later.
