- This accommodation is located in a prime location, just a 1-minute walk from Exit 5 of Hongik University Station and a 2-minute walk from the bus stop. - Accessible via Line 2, the Airport Railroad, and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line. - Hongdae Red Road, AK Plaza, convenience stores, and the Gyeongui Line Book Street are within a 1-minute walk, while Yeontral Park, Yeonnam-dong, and the Yeonnam-dong Cafe Street are within a 3-minute walk. - It is close to Hongdae Walking Street and the Hapjeong restaurant district, and is a quiet and safe residential building. - CCTV is installed at the main entrance to ensure safety and manage the number of guests entering and exiting. - Staying is prohibited for anyone other than the person with the reservation. - If smoking is detected within the accommodation, immediate eviction may occur, and no refund will be given for the remainder of the stay.
