Introducing Bukchon Soran, located in the quiet village of Bukchon-ri, Jeju. This is a townhouse complex consisting of approximately 40 units, featuring a detached duplex unit. It is located 30 minutes from Jeju Airport and is within 5 minutes of Hamdeok Beach, 7 minutes of Gimnyeong Beach, and 10 minutes of Woljeongri Beach. There is a convenience store within the townhouse complex. There are many famous cafes nearby, and the sea is just a 3-minute walk away. You can enjoy walks, fishing, and collecting sea snails by the sea. You can enjoy private barbecue parties on the outdoor deck on the first floor. The maximum occupancy is 8 people. Parking is available for one vehicle. We apologize, but pets (dogs and cats) are not allowed. Please note that management fees are settled upon check-out; any remaining balance will be refunded based on usage, and any additional charges will be billed. (Gas, Electricity) It is a standalone townhouse structure that can use the 1st and 2nd floors. You can access the second floor via an internal staircase from the first floor. The second floor bedroom has a large window from which you can view the natural surroundings and the ocean. You can also see the sunrise right from the window in the morning. The beds have been replaced with two queen-size Ace beds. And there is a 100-inch beam projector in the main room, so you can watch Netflix and YouTube. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and access to the terrace. The bedroom and living room are equipped with system air conditioning. The living room has a dining table and a 65-inch TV (there is also a high chair for infants). You can enjoy a barbecue party on the outdoor terrace on the first floor, and there are parasols and rocking chairs on the lawn. There is also a sandbox for children. We have prepared chairs in the cabin for you to rest.
