1. Pros The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for the price. The view wasn't an ocean view where the ocean fills your eyes, but it was nice because you could see the ocean and it was open. It was easy to dispose of trash, such as recycling, and the elevator was clean and parking was convenient. It's good for those who mainly travel to the west because it's easy to access tourist attractions around Aewol, such as Handam Beach, Gwakji, and Hyeopjae. I didn't hear the noise when the wind blows, as mentioned in other reviews. 2. Cons Shampoo, etc. were not provided, and I only found out about this on the day of check-in (I understand that it is not a lodging business, so they cannot provide it, but if I had known in advance, I would have brought it, but they told me on the day of check-in, so I had to buy it separately) The condition of the furniture was not good (there was no frying pan with a complete coating, there was dust on the clothes drying rack, and there was some rust on the clothes pegs, etc.) There are no convenience facilities around the accommodation (there is a big road right in front of the accommodation with cars, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest convenience store) There were abandoned home appliances in the entrance on the first floor of the building, and there was a notice of long-term non-payment of management fees, so the atmosphere was a bit strong The cleaning condition at the time of check-in was a bit ambiguous (there were water stains on the shower room, faucets, etc., and the towels were still in the dryer. I turned it on so it wasn't cold, but the heating bill was a huge amount, over 330,000 won including the management fee, which is probably a characteristic of Jeju. Conclusion...
