I returned home today after staying for exactly one month. The location is perfect. The host is fantastic. Wonnimman, Maya Mall, and Nimmanhaemin are all within walking distance. The host responded promptly, so I never felt frustrated. The host provided so many necessities that I only had to buy water to drink. There's a washing machine on site, so I don't have to lug my laundry around. Laundry arrives every day, and collecting it and then going outside to do laundry is a hassle. It's also incredibly tiring to walk out in the heat and then bring it back to the accommodation afterward. The only downside is that it's right on the airport's takeoff path, so there's some airplane noise. If I go back next year, I'd love to stay here again. Thank you again to the host.

Thanks to the host's thoughtful consideration and the friendly staff, I had a pleasant and safe trip. One Nimman, a hipster mecca, is located near Maya Shopping Mall, cafes and restaurants, massage shops, and even a currency exchange. It was comfortable, and I had the second-floor pool to myself. This is the best place! I highly recommend it! I had a wonderful stay for 9 nights and 10 days in a comfortable accommodation. The staff were friendly and always kept the place clean. The pool on the second floor was conveniently located, which I could use freely. There were plenty of things to do and eat around the condo, including One Nimman, Maya Shopping Center, money exchanges, massage shops, and cafes. It was especially convenient to take the Red Bus Taxi to the old town and weekend markets. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Chiang Mai. It was the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. I'm grateful to the host for the comfortable accommodation and for his quick communication and helpfulness.

I booked a Unique Condo in Nimmanhaemin for 2 weeks, but the host didn't give me any information about my accommodation until the day of departure, so I urgently found out that the host had unilaterally cancelled. Fortunately, Live Anywhere guided me to an alternative accommodation, and I was finally able to enter Unique Condo 2. There are two Unique Condos in Nimmanhaemin, about 50m apart. The accommodation I used was Unique Condo 2, and when I checked in, it was very clean and the interior size was satisfactory. In particular, the living room and bedroom were separated, which was especially nice. Almost everything was provided in the room.. A refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, electric vacuum cleaner, toaster, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee pot, some cups and dishes, knives, cutting boards, spoons, etc. were fully equipped. In particular, some snacks, ramen, disposable coffee, green tea, and bottled water were provided in new, unopened packages. There were 5 bottles of bottled water and even a pack of 10 eggs in the refrigerator. Just in case, I asked the host the next day and he said I could use it all as I pleased. I was able to communicate with the host using LINE, which was very helpful. It was a great place to stay for two weeks in Chiang Mai. The staff were very friendly, and the area was very quiet and residential, so there was no noise. Maya Mall and Wonnimman were a 10-minute walk away, and there were many restaurants, cafes, and massage shops nearby, so it was very convenient. The accommodation is small, but it is clean, and there is a gym. It is not too small, so it is not uncomfortable. If I go to Chiang Mai, I would like to stay there again.
