Beomseom Island Seaside Stone Dam Gamseong Accommodation (Trekking allowed)

I already miss the morning walks around Beophwan Port with the kids, and the walk back home. ㅠㅜ The host was quick to contact and quickly answered any questions I had, which was great! Beophwan Port, a famous snorkeling spot, boasts a spring called Maksuk, and people running along Olle Trail 7. We also tried out nearby coffee shops and restaurants, so for 17 days, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves without feeling rushed or stressed. I booked this place because I wanted to go somewhere truly Jeju-like, but it felt awkward at first, and I greeted the grandmothers as I walked around, and I felt like a local. Haha. To the locals, I must have looked like a total outsider. The accommodations are almost exactly as pictured. The kids and I ate at the living room table. There was a window between the kitchen and living room, so we played restaurant, setting and clearing the table. And in the living room near the entrance, my husband worked on his laptop. We all slept together in one room and chatted. It felt like we were at grandma's house during vacation. Because it's an old house, there's a step between the living room and the kitchen, and a low doorway between the kitchen and the bathroom. So, tall people might find it uncomfortable, but it's fine once you get used to it. Thanks to the window in the bathroom ceiling, it's bright even without the lights on, and I can feel the rain, which is nice. My only regret is that the kitchen is small. We had a bit of a hard time cooking and doing the dishes. But, as humans are creatures of adaptation, we adapted well and had a great time. I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but if you want to experience Jeju Island's alleyways and Beophwan Port, it's an excellent choice. My kids are excited to plan another trip to Jeju Island. We'll visit again once it's confirmed.

The host was also kind and nice, and the sea was close by so it was great for taking a walk, and there were marts and convenience stores nearby so there was no difficulty in using them. I had a hard time throwing away food waste, but the host kindly told me how to do it, so I was able to solve it well. I think I would like to use it again if I go to Jeju Island again next time.

I was suffering from the noise between the walls in Seoul, so I gave priority to a private house when choosing a place to stay. I also excluded places where the buildings were closely connected like factory-style pensions. I spent two weeks in this quiet place where I could only hear the sound of the waves when I lay down. I felt like I had become a Beophwan resident when I parked and walked along the stone wall road to the place. Not only restaurants, bakeries, and cafes, but also coin laundromats, post offices, and places where you can experience being a haenyeo are nearby. I also loved the path along the Olle 7 course. I felt nature in Seogwipo, visited waterfalls and famous tourist attractions, and enjoyed the sunset at a nearby sunset spot. On rainy days, I spent time reading books in the place, which helped me organize my thoughts. Thanks to the white bedding, beam projector, LP player, and smart TV, I was able to be happy just by staying in the place. I was able to contact the host easily, and he recommended restaurants and cafes and helped me kindly, so I was able to stay well. Thank you!

It's exactly like the photos of the accommodation :) !! It was such a sentimental and pretty accommodation ❤️ The host was so kind that he even ordered an electric fan and a dehumidifier for us because we were worried that it might be humid during the rainy season ㅠㅠ ✨🫶 The Onnyeongjeong kimbap you bought us was also delicious!! We went with our dog, but it rained so much during the rainy season, so we spent most of our time in the accommodation, but it was also sentimental to watch a movie on the beam projector and listen to the sound of the rain,, The beach is right in front of the accommodation, so it's good for taking a walk, and it's close to the Olle Market, so it was nice to visit the night market!! 💗 Thanks to this, I'm leaving Jeju Island for a week, full of sentiment, and healing thanks to the warm accommodation ✈️✈️ I want to come again this winter ㅎㅎ

First time living in Jeju The accommodation was pretty and cute as seen in the pictures, and as soon as I entered, a nice scent that I couldn't help but feel happy. It smelled like wood, but it didn't. I felt good every time I entered the house. Since it was located in the village so that I could experience Jeju life, I could get a glimpse of Jeju residents' lives while walking around the neighborhood, and since Olle Trail Course 7 was right in front, it was nice to walk along the ocean. I made happy memories by visiting sunrise spots and restaurants that they kindly told me about, and I also had a good experience watching a soccer game because the World Cup Stadium was nearby. I listened to the LP in the accommodation for the first time in a long time and watched two movies on the beam projector ~ ^ ^ When I laid down to sleep in the evening, I could hear the sound of the waves, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept well during my stay. I liked the feeling of the blanket wrapping my body like hotel bedding. When I packed my bags and left, I was so attached that I felt regretful. I really like the neighborhood and the accommodations Thanks to this, my life in Jeju was enjoyable and happy, and I think I will go there again next time I come to Jeju.

I stayed here for a little over two weeks. I already miss those peaceful times. It was such a great Seogwipo life. I'm so proud of myself for discovering this place and making a reservation. I was a walker. There are convenience stores, marts, coffee shops, restaurants (including a raw fish restaurant right in front), coin laundries, local bakeries, and post offices nearby. There's nothing that's not there. I lived without any inconvenience. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photo. It's wider and cleaner than I thought. It's located at the end of a stone wall road, so I feel like I'm living in Jeju every time I go out. It was remodeled while preserving the original structure, and the interior is stylish, so I was able to fully feel the Jeju atmosphere inside and outside the accommodation. I only stayed at the accommodation on rainy days, and it was so nice. The sound of the rain was the best. I enjoyed the Seogwipo ocean to my heart's content the entire time I stayed here. The ocean is right in front of the front door. If you walk out for 3 minutes, you can walk while looking at the ocean. You can wake up every morning listening to the sound of the waves. I think it's the perfect accommodation for healing. Above all, it was great that Olle Course 7 was right in front of us. I walked the Olle Trail in the morning and evening, and I also decided to walk far away. Since I like walking, it was the perfect accommodation for me who is a walker. When I said I like walking, the host told me about the walking path and sunrise spot, and when I first entered the accommodation, he filmed the way to enter and showed me the way so that I wouldn't get lost! He was so kind. When I told him about the problem at the entrance due to a failure in strength control(?), he asked me first if I was hurt, and I was so grateful. Thanks to the host's warmth, I had a very enjoyable 'Jeju life'. I will come again next time. It was a really good time. I already want to go again.

Convenience facilities are within 3 minutes' walk 3. Large marts and public transportation nearby Actually, I'm an introvert, so my time at home is important to me, so my accommodation was also a very important factor. Rather than the houses that you often see in the city, I looked for something that was Jeju-like and country-like So I said this was the house as soon as I saw it. This time in Jeju, I chose this accommodation because I wanted to organize my thoughts and just rest, but it was truly an unforgettable and precious time in my life. It was the most beautiful place when the sun rose and set, and I took my clothes to go for a walk on the Olle Trail and jog as the owner recommended, so I was able to exercise while looking at the ocean every day without fail, which was the best. Right! There is a convenience store 2 minutes away The view from the convenience store is so nice I went for a walk And on the way back, I had a meal while looking at the ocean It was so nice I bought a can of beer and watched a movie on the beam And took a nap while listening to music on the Bluetooth speaker Thanks to the owner who created a great space every day I had romantic days I will visit again😊
