5-minute walk from Samyang Beach, Black Sand Beach #Two-room #Good value for money #Pets allowed

Family of 4 including 2 children checked out early after only 2 days instead of completing a week-long stay 1. Air conditioner dust and mold 2. Mold on walls 3. Cockroaches inside the house (size of 2 finger joints, can fly). Note: dead cockroaches found daily on the stairs 4. Washing machine unusable due to water stains and mold 5. Bathroom is extremely small like a typical one-room apartment's sink area with a detachable shower head. Water splashes everywhere when showering and the shower head holder is broken or too worn to stay fixed 6. Very old and worn semi-detached villa. Chose it after reading reviews mentioning remodeling, but everything is very worn and doesn't feel clean. Wallpaper, window frame dust, tape marks on windows, dents on the floor, etc. We were very satisfied with the previous accommodation and decided to stay an additional week, so we hastily chose this place. However, we ended up checking out early and moved to a hotel instead. We have no intention of using shared accommodations again.

This is a highly recommended accommodation. Satisfied! First, the positive points. - The host is friendly, and I'm very satisfied with the fact that Live Anywhere handled the most important refund very promptly and economically. The electricity and gas bills were even more reasonable than for a long-term stay on land. Highly recommended! - Location: Samyang Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the recycling center is a 3-minute walk away. There's a supermarket, ocean-view cafes, and various restaurants nearby. There's also Baskin-Robbins, a hangover soup restaurant, and a black pork restaurant. I highly recommend Obyeongjang and Samyang Geumdwaeji. A convenience store is a 1-minute walk away. - Travel location: It's just outside of Jeju City, so Aewol Island is an hour away, Jungmun Island is an hour away, Seongsan Island is an hour away, Pyoseon Island is an hour away, and Seogwipo is an hour away. Of course, this is true everywhere in Jeju, but the proximity to Hamdeok, Woljeong-ri, and Gimnyeong is nice. Cons - The accommodation is well-remodeled, so it's clean and bug-free. However, it's on the third floor, but there's no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. The bathroom is a bit small. The bathroom interior is clean, but the door is a bit worn. The living room sofa is worn. However, this is a minor annoyance, not a major drawback. I quickly got used to it and didn't mind it at all. - There's a veranda, which is nice for hanging laundry. However, it's a bit cluttered, so if you're staying long-term, it could be a daily sight. It would be nice if they could clean up the veranda a bit.

From April 2nd to 13th, I walked the Jeju Olle Trail and stayed here for my trip to Jeju. Good points 1. Close to the airport 2. Close to Samyang Beach 3. Large living room and 2 rooms Disappointing points 1. High heating costs in the winter (When the house is windy, the window frames shake a lot and the wind comes in, making it cold. It seems good in the summer.) 2. It is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are high, so it may be difficult for older people. 3. You have to buy a card and charge it to throw away food (It would be good to buy a card and charge it and use it.) Although these are disappointing points, I was more satisfied with the accommodation and had a comfortable stay~~~
