-Just my clean house, store -National Sports Center (indoor swimming pool, gym, etc.), Daiso, Olive Young, Starbucks, library, CU, GS, etc. 5 minutes by car - 5-10 minutes by car from downtown (densely populated with restaurants, hospitals, Hanaro Mart, etc.) 해당 숙소는 수영장이 없는 타입입니다! 🌿 단독 독채 복층 타운하우스 그레이 톤의 외부, 내부는 순백의 화이트 인테리어로 깔끔한 분위기의 내 집 같은 편안함을 느낄 수 있는 공간입니다. 푸르른 바다와 돌담을 보며 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있는 힐링 공간입니다. 고즈넉한 동네로 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 힐링 공간입니다. 📍 위치 및 주변 환경 제주 동쪽, 구좌읍 하도리에 위치한 복층 독채 타운하우스입니다. 밭담과 바다를 모두 느껴보실 수 있습니다.  숙소 근처 대형마트, 편의점, 병원 등 생활 편의 시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다.(차량 5분-10분 내외) 제주 올레길 21코스를 따라 여러 관광지를 다닐 수 있습니다. ★★★공과금 계산 유의부탁드립니다. 공과금 비용은, 숙소 예약시 1박당 1만원으로 책정되어 사전 납부하시게 됩니다.  퇴실 이후 사용하신 만큼 공과금 계산후,  금액이 초과한다면 추가 납부를, 금액이 남는다면 반환해드리고 있습니다. 투명한 공과금 정산을 위해 입퇴실 전후 공과금 확인서를 작성해 보내드리고 있습니다.
