If electricity, water, or gas usage is high and exceeds the basic management fee, the excess amount will be charged additionally. (Please request a photo of the meter upon check-in/check-out) 📢 Additional Guests and Visitors If the number of guests in your reservation exceeds 5, you must inform us at the time of booking. If the number of guests in your reservation exceeds 6, bedding set rental may be restricted (depending on the situation). Up to 4 additional guests are allowed beyond the maximum capacity of 6. An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person per night will be charged. A laundry fee of 15,000 KRW per set will be charged for additional bedding sets. An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person per night will also be charged for additional visitors. ✌ Consultation and Inquiry Hours: Weekdays 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM) ✌ We ask for your understanding that consultations are difficult on weekends and public holidays.
