If electricity, water, or gas usage exceeds the basic management fee due to high usage, the excess amount will be charged additionally. If the number of guests in the reservation exceeds 6, bedding set rental may be restricted (depending on the situation). Up to 4 additional guests are allowed beyond the maximum capacity of 6. An additional fee of 5,000 KRW per person per night will be charged. A laundry fee of 15,000 KRW per set will be charged for additional bedding sets.
