Located in a transportation hub, it offers excellent accessibility to anywhere. 1. Utility charges (water, gas, electricity, etc.) will be applied if the monthly bill exceeds 150,000 KRW. (Unless you keep the air conditioner or heating on all day, I haven't seen anyone exceed this limit yet.) 2. Parking is not available. 3. Towels and toiletries are provided only after the initial supply. Please bring extra towels, purchase detergent, and wash them in the washing machine before use. 4. Please purchase a pay-as-you-throw trash bag, separate and seal the waste, and place it on the stairs between the 1st and 2nd floors for disposal. 5. Cleaning costs 10,000 KRW per request. Bedding, towels, and amenities will all be freshly set up.
