CU store in the same building Hanaro Mart, Top Mart, Sale Mart, and Myeon Office are located within 1km radius, and an ocean view bathhouse (sauna) is located within 50m. Two libraries within 20 minutes by car. 1. Hotel-style structure, unlike regular apartments 2. The ocean view from the living room and room is really good (top floor 14th floor), and the night view is also good. 3. There is a fishing spot in front of the house (available 24 hours), and there is a separate space in the house to prepare sashimi! 4. There is a 6km round trip beach walking course starting from home, including the deck road, which is very helpful for a healthy lifestyle. 5.
