I stayed for 3 weeks. It was the coldest month of January, but it was hot because the outside wind didn't come in and the boiler was working hard. The interior of the house was clean and the surroundings were quiet, so I felt comfortable as if I was at home. Usually, the most inconvenient thing when going on a long-term business trip is the daily meal and laundry problem, but I could use the nearby mart and Homeplus, and all the dishes were in the house, so I was able to cook and eat comfortably. And there was a large washing machine, so I washed it in the evening and hung it on the rack so I could wear it the next morning. I didn't bring many clothes, so I was worried that they wouldn't dry, but they washed them cleanly every day and wore them. The location is also a transportation hub in Hwanggeum-do, Suseong-gu, so it's easy to get to the city. Dongdaegu Station and Daegu Airport are also close. If you take a taxi, you can get to Dongdaegu Station for 10,000 won and Daegu Airport for 13,000 won. The owner was also kind and took great care to make sure I was comfortable, so I'm so grateful that I just got home and am writing a quick review.

I stayed here for 6 weeks due to personal reasons. I used this place even when it was very cold. I stayed with my child. I lived there because I commuted to Jungang-ro for work. First of all, I didn't have to worry about heating at all even though it was winter. The boiler worked well and there was no draft at all. Since it's located in the middle of the night, there are many places to eat and clothing stores nearby. In particular, there are many clothing stores nearby, so there is no noise or anything like that and it's quiet. If you walk a little, you can take the Suseongmot Station subway. And if you want to cook and eat, there is a supermarket called Daebak Mart nearby, a butcher shop called Mamma Chuksan, and a cafe that is open until dawn. Delivery is usually fast with Baemin. And there is a parking lot, so it was easy to come and go. The building is clean and quiet, and the residents are also quiet. I felt sorry because my child was screaming ㅠ ㅎㅎ It's a bit far to walk to Suseongmot nearby, but if you like walking, I recommend taking a walk. It's okay to stay for a short time, but I think I stayed well without any inconvenience even if I stayed long term. As long as you throw away your trash on the right day of the week and make sure to close the door properly since there is no door closer on the front door, I don't think you will have any inconveniences coming and going. I stayed with my parents for about 17 days because of interior construction. It was neat and the props were tastefully done, and I could see that they had put a lot of thought into everything, which was nice. Above all, the construction period was always elastic, so the schedule changed, but I was really grateful for their consideration. I had a pleasant stay in a cozy space.
