[Rental Operation Policy Guide] *Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.🚭 *Barbecuing is strictly forbidden outside of designated areas. *As this is a 'space rental' that does not provide hygiene products, bedding and household goods are not provided upon signing the lease agreement. However, our partner company, Clean Friends, is a household goods rental service. Through Clean Friends, we rent out various daily necessities (towels, bedding, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish sets, pot sets, tableware, kitchenware, bathroom supplies, etc.) at a tenant-exclusive price of 50,000 KRW. *Utilities are calculated based on the electricity, gas, and water meter readings upon check-out. (Telecommunication fees are also included in utilities for leases of 3 months or longer.) *Tenants are requested to inform us if any fixtures or facilities within the leased property are damaged during the lease period. If fixtures (appliances, furniture, various items) are damaged or soiled due to the tenant or their pets, replacements will be charged for identical products. * Cleaning fees are not included in the rental fee. [Pet Accompaniment Guide] * There are no restrictions on the type or weight of pets allowed at Jeju Daonjae. However, reservations and check-in will be refused if the number of pets exceeds the number of guardians. (e.g., 3 pets for 2 guests / 6 pets for 4 guests, etc.) * A pet accompaniment fee of 50,000 KRW per pet is charged regardless of the length of stay. * Pets are not allowed on the beds, bedding, fabric sofas, etc. provided in the guest rooms. Therefore, you must bring your own pet-specific bedding. If traces of a pet (hair, urine, etc.) are found on the bedding or fabric products after bringing a pet, a cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged. * At least one guardian must accompany the pet whenever it goes out to the private yard. Please be mindful of potential accidents, as most guest rooms at Daonjae are occupied by pets. * Pets that bark excessively or exhibit strong aggression may be refused entry, and refunds will not be provided in such cases. * As this is a space meant for rest, please ensure the rest of other guests and their pets as well. [Check-out Information] * Check-out is by 11:00 AM. * Upon check-out, please clean and tidy the room to its pre-contract condition and undergo a final inspection. Electricity, gas, and water charges are accurately calculated using meters and will be refunded to the tenant's account after deducting from the security deposit. If utility usage exceeds the security deposit, the excess amount will be charged.
