. LotteTower Rainbow House is the perfect solution for 1-person housing with optimal accommodations! All rooms are one-room type with private shower/private toilet. Jamsil Station, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake, Cafe Street Village, etc. are very close by. Complete house remodeling completed . Check-in time is after 14 PM, check-out time is 11 AM. We will send you a text message with your room number so you can check in yourself on the day of check-in! It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 10 of Jamsil Station on Line 2 or 8. It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Songpanaru Station on Line 9. . Bedding is available upon request. We are providing this service for an additional fee of 30,000 won. Bedding is not new, it is used and is basically washed before delivery. We would like to inform you that, as this is a bedding rental concept, the Guest is responsible for cleaning and returning the bedding. . If you need parking, you must check in advance before making a reservation and it costs 4,000 won per day. After your reservation is confirmed, parking may not be provided. Parking space is provided on the first floor of the building (not mechanical parking)
