Introducing Lotte Tower Rainbow House, the ultimate solution for single-person accommodation! All rooms are studio-style with private showers and bathrooms. Extremely close to Jamsil Station, Lotte Tower, Seokchon Lake, and the Cafe Street Village. The entire house has been completely remodeled. Check-in is after 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We will send you a text message with your room number on the day of arrival so you can self-check in! It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 10 of Jamsil Station (Lines 2 and 8). It is an 8-minute walk from Exit 2 of Songpanaru Station (Line 9). Upon request, bedding is provided as a courtesy for an additional fee of 30,000 KRW. Please note that bedding is not new but second-hand; while it is laundered before delivery, it is considered a rental service, and guests are responsible for maintaining its cleanliness and returning it. If parking is required, please check in advance before booking. The fee is 4,000 KRW per day. Parking may not be available after booking is confirmed. Parking is available on the first floor of the building. (Not mechanical parking)
