The building is in good condition. There is a building password, so it is safe. I am sensitive to noise, but the residents in the building are generally quiet. The dog in the next building always barked, but it didn't bark at night. There were always one or two empty parking spaces. They always put up a no parking sign so that only residents can use it, so it is very well managed. When I told them there was nothing in the house, the landlord immediately replaced it with a new one. The room is small, but I slept very well, and thanks to that, the room was very cool. If I come to Daefrica again for business, I would visit again. The price is also good, and it is good value for money.
