It has an ocean view, and in the winter, the village is pretty when you open the window. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away, a GS convenience store and a CU convenience store 5 minutes away, and a raw fish restaurant and restaurant 7 minutes away. There is Ayajin Beach, Cheonggan Beach, and Cheongganjeong Pavilion, one of the eight scenic views of Gwandong, famous for its sunrise.
